I just love this store, I’ve been coming to this Apple Store since 2009, I know they moved closer to Macy’s, the teams here are just awesome!! They never steer me wrong, excellent service not to mention very knowledgeable. Kudos to the “Cherry Hill” location!!!

I walked into the store to have my battery replaced for an iPhone 12 Pro. Diagnostics were ran with no issues.
I left the phone with the store overnight because I was told the repair wouldn't be completed by the night. Upon picking the phone up, I was given a phone with bright vertical lines and told that there was water exposure on the device. This is not a symptom of water exposure, it's symptoms of damaged cables during re-installation.
From replacing a battery to damaging a flex cable during installation is one thing; You own up to your mistake, and don't blame it on the age of the device, or water exposure. Tying hands to water exposure for a mistake made by a technician should not be the burden of the customer bringing in the device. It's very simple: bring the device to the same condition it was brought it instead of using water exposure as a blanket statement to skirt from responsibility.
I wasn't looking for a new phone, but current times tries to normalize the idea of upgrading a phone every 3-5 years. I don't operate that way for a device that works just fine.
From what was supposed to be a pickup of my device in the same condition, turned into me being coddled into looking for a new phone. I ultimately turned away, finding more inexpensive options elsewhere.
Wildly disappointing experience at this store, manager's knowledge of the device repair process, and lack of accountability for damage to my phone.

I absolutely dread having to update or buy a new phone. I made an appointment at the Genius Bar for 4:40pm. Josh helped me within ten minutes, said I needed a new phone and Patrick helped me get one all by 5:30pm. This was the absolute best service I’ve ever experienced. I cannot stress enough how helpful the entire staff was and how pleased I was upon leaving. Thank you so much!

Went there to have my iphone 13’s charging port repaired due to it not charging. After initial confusion about my scheduled appointment with the first guy, Noah just came over and totally took care of everything. Outstanding and knowledgable support by Noah. Thx Noah 👍.

although they couldn't solve the problem - they were very nice and explained the situation and gave me the Apple support number. My phone was locked and all my passwords were in my notes in the locked phone.
lesson learned - don't do that. keep them in a password book as backup.

The atmosphere clean, the store wasn’t crowded at all. The information that was provided was very useful and accurate.
Also they have a tutorial class on how to use the camera as well recording videos on the new IPhone 17

Went in to repair broken glass back after scheduling an appointment. Went in they said the repair will take overnight as they had a lot of repairs and new iPhone release was the next day. Said to come back in a few days but they will save the part for me for up to 5 days. Understandable no issues with coming back.
Didn’t make it back until lil after my reservation expired but right away said no issues part was still reserved for me. Unfortunately it would be about 3 hours to repair as it was a bit later in the day and they already built up a queue. When I came back the glass was perfectly fixed but upon further inspection I noticed a scratch on my screen that I didn’t notice before. This is where apple showed its great customer service.
I brought it up immediately with a sales rep before even leaving the store. They looked and told be wait a little while she went to go talk to her coworkers to figure this out. A manager came back to me a few minutes later to see the scratch himself said wait a few more minutes. Then Bailey (the person I originally dropped my phone off to for the repair) came and said they’ll fix the screen at no cost it will take another 30 minutes. Through this whole process there was no argument of what condition the phone came in, no debate on if I scratched the phone or the technician did. They immediately believed me when I said the scratch was not there when I dropped it off.
Yes the situation was frustrating and the time was inconvenient but how the team treated me and solved the problem without question stands out and rare to find when dealing with big companies. I now have a practically new phone. I will be coming back to this location in the future if I am unfortunate enough to need another repair. Shout out to Bailey and the rest of the team!

Very arrogant staff. Maybe just help people without giving them an attitude. My wife had to ask for help from 3 different employees. Apple - Maybe send your staff to Chick Fil A for customer service training. You’ll boost your productivity and reviews.

The team at this store is not very attentive and clocked in for social hour with each other. The store always looks busy because there are a lot of people in there playing with the product displayed. I was in hoping to buy a birthday gift for someone however it felt super unwelcoming in there, and almost like I was interrupting their group conversations by being there.
