I first learned of the this chain of stores about four years ago from a friend and former co-worker...and love it. Honestly, I wish there was one in the Plymouth Meeting or King of Prussia area as the other one that's closest to me as the crow flies is up 611 and I'm in East Falls in Philly. It's what you'd expect from a big-box store that specializes in home goods and furnishing, but a much wider selection that the smaller strip mall variety. Can't say I walk out with something every time I visit, but honestly I usually leave with at least some inspiration or better idea of what I'm looking for when it comes to a home furnishing solution or need.

So much home decor. Aisles of so many items in every color & different for your specific decor theme. Several aisles of pillows, lamps, lamp shades; they have every color. Lots of artwork, aisle of couch tables, fake plant trees, picture frames of every variety at discount prices, lots of outdoor items, furniture. If u see it, & like it then u better buy it. Once it's gone u may not see it again especially furniture or rugs or seasonal items.

My friend loves coming here for planters.
I hate this store. They put too much oil spray or scents around it irritates my throat and nose. Can't breathe in there without a mask.
Huge selection of stuff. Can never make it through the entire store without having a coughing fit.

Staff members did not explain policies very well instead were very rude and condescending about it. Terrible staff who just seem miserable.

I came today to do a return and the system is down. Frustrating, but I wanted to shout out the employee that stopped me from loading up my return out of my truck (large item), explained the situation, and radioed inside to make sure the system was still down. I still shopped around today and every employee I came into contact with was very nice and helpful.
