I had to return some items that proved to be a bit difficult to return - which is a store system issue. But Jackie, the team lead, worked very hard to ensure all my items were returned. She was patient and very helpful during the tough process.

It is very nice here. They have a huge variety of quality items. I wish the prices were more reasonable. It would be.nice to have a local shop with better prices than Amazon or Wayfair
