“We were looking for a new VW for my mom and found a car she liked at a dealership in Wilkes-Barre. We were about to call them when we spoke with Jared DelValle, who had the same car in stock. He went to work and called us back with a number that was much better than the other dealership.
Jared sent over the credit link, got the approval, and had the car cleaned and ready. The paperwork was all set when we arrived. Pete Sapienza, the Finance Manager, made my mom feel comfortable; we signed, and that was it.
Before we left, Jared showed her all the features and helped connect her phone. She drove away in a new silver Tiguan and is now a new customer. From the first call to driving away, the whole experience was a 10/10. We would and will highly recommend Jared, Pete, and the entire team.”

“Audi was our 3rd dealer stop of the day (started at BMW, then Lexus). I am not sure if this will ultimately be my pick, but I wanted to comment on the customer service. We left the previous dealers disappointed. When you are looking at cars ranging from $50k-$75k, it is helpful if the sales manager can give a price in a timely fashion (BMW) and that an sales associate at least acts like he is not being bothered by our presence (Lexus). At Audi, we were promptly greeted and then connected with a sales associate, Bodur. She was lovely. She knew the three vehicles I was inquiring about. She was quick to get us into a test drive and while we were out work up some lease pricing since that was what we were interested in. In addition I had some additional questions about trim levels in which she promptly emailed me a comparison chart. Again. not sure if this will be my car pick, but would recommend the dealer based on my initial impressions.”
“We came in today to lease a new Volkswagon after doing some researching online. Admittedly, I was pretty nervous because I’ve never bought or leased a new car before and this nervousness had me putting off upgrading to a new vehicle.
Chris Szary (I took his business card so I knew how to spell it!), the man who helped us out today, made us feel super comfortable right away. He answered all of our questions, made us feel welcome, and led us through the process smoothly. If there were bumps on the back end, I didn’t feel them. Honestly, I never leave reviews for places I go, but Chris did such a good job making a “scary” experience for me feel so casual, inviting, and easy, I felt compelled to compliment him here. We’ll be back again for upgrades when we need them, for sure!
