“What an amazing experience it was dealing with the C&J crew. I booked my vehicle in for an electrical issue the week of the 12th of Jan 2025. Arriving at C&J I was met with very friendly and helpful staff making the experience pleasurable, helpful and engaging. During the repair I was phoned regularly to ensure the issue was fully understood. After the repair I was contacted again to explain what the issue was and what had been done to fix it. I was also supplied with a comprehensive report showing maintenance issues outstanding and that need attention soon, even though my vehicle wasn't even there for that. What an amazing value adds!! Payment options included paying with a link they sent me. I couldn't pick the vehicle up during business hours, so I was sent a message with a box number and combination. This enabled me to pick up the vehicle Saturday morning at my own leisure. I will be back C&J and wish everyone reading this also visits you. God bless.”

“BEST SERVICE EVER!!! I’m 5 months pregnant and have 2 toddlers at home. So when my car battery stopped working this morning it was the last thing I needed to happen. I called around to different shops early in the morning and came across this one. The man who answered the phone was eager to help and told me I can come by right away. Mind you this was like 8 am. I dropped off my car and was told they will look at it today. Later in the day, not only did they figure out the problem, but they got me a new battery and put it in!!! So before they closed my issue was not only diagnosed but also fixed at an extremely good price!!! They went above and beyond what I could’ve asked for and made it possible to me to be able to drive my kids to daycare tomorrow and get to my doctor’s appointment. “We were looking for a new VW for my mom and found a car she liked at a dealership in Wilkes-Barre. We were about to call them when we spoke with Jared DelValle, who had the same car in stock. He went to work and called us back with a number that was much better than the other dealership.
Jared sent over the credit link, got the approval, and had the car cleaned and ready. The paperwork was all set when we arrived. Pete Sapienza, the Finance Manager, made my mom feel comfortable; we signed, and that was it.
Before we left, Jared showed her all the features and helped connect her phone. She drove away in a new silver Tiguan and is now a new customer. From the first call to driving away, the whole experience was a 10/10. We would and will highly recommend Jared, Pete, and the entire team.”

Cherry hill is not local for me, almost 2 hours away, but the difference in price was worth the drive, and now I will use them for my SAAB repairs just because of this experience !”

“Very good mechanic who is ASE certified but yet chooses to charge better then the any repair facility. I have been going here for years, I recently recommended my sister to fix her tail light because Toyota was charging almost 200 dollars to fix and had a 2 week waiting period to book. I drove her car to his shop, he popped the tail light out and replaced the bulb within 5 mins. He used the same bulb as Toyota would install and only charged 30 bucks. Five star all around and if your curious about the 1 star feed back he was given from another customer. If you look in her comment history she mostly gives negative ratings.”
