Staff are miserable in this location - customer service is definitely not their strong point! Marisol was nice, Josh is rude.

WSFS Bank has held my funds since April 4th without any written notice or valid explanation. I’ve called multiple times and even visited the branch, and all they say is “it’s under review.” No one follows up. I’ve already filed a formal complaint with the CFPB.
