They’ve made my life so easy since college. BOA’s banking app is amazing and so user friendly. “I've been banking here since it was a Commerce Bank. I rarely have to go in, but over the past two days did have to go in in person. I barely made it before closing yesterday since 5 can be a tough cut off time, and the employee (possibly a manager), Brad, was so caring and helpful. He even stayed 35 minutes after they had technically closed to make sure I left with everything taken care of.I can not say enough good things about him. He really helped me out when I needed it instead of telling me it was too close to closing and shutting me out. The amount of gratitude I have for him is immeasurable because he truly went above and beyond for a complete stranger, and he was also a pleasure to deal with today as well when I had a couple follow up questions.”
