“Never having visited one of the stores I had heard stories which were confirmed by the visit. Mostly up to date band and anime print shirts and items that are currently in season like pins or accessories. The staff was helpful and everything pretty much explained itself. The stacks seemed to be maintained very well and did not give a messy vibe at all as if people had been rumaging through.”

“Went to this Old Navy for the first time just to browse but came out with two outfits, looking forward to wearing them once the weather warms up. I’m normally overwhelmed in stores shopping due to the disorganization and too many people. I didn’t feel this way after this shopping trip so that was a plus.
Pros: Items were organized and easy to find.
Cons: Maybe I missed the carts or carry bags but I had to carry all items in my arms around the store to try on at the fitting room.”

“A luxurious space, very open seating, large restaurant, very good food, I have never been to a restaurant that looked so luxurious, the menu is very extensive, there are a lot of choices for breakfast dim sum that I have never heard of before, and the service is extremely attentive. I come here for breakfast with colleagues. The foods is brought out look like eating in the palace”
“Today I came in to return a pair of Vince Camuto flats. The employee who assisted me at the register was Marie ( Black lady, short bob wig with an accent)
Marie most certainly needs training on customer service ASAP.
When I walked up to the register, I don’t recall if she spoke first or not however I said “ hello, I’m here for a return” . At that time she paused and just starred at me…She then apologized and said that she thought there was “more to the sentence” . She mentioned that she was expecting me to say “but” and finish their sentence as she paired that with a chuckle….I then gave her the receipt and shoes and confirmed that the shoes were just too tight. She inspected the shoes as she should then asked when had I purchased them. I confirmed that I bought the shoes just 24hrs prior, at that time she asked if I was sure ….i confirmed and tried looking at the receipt that was on the table to search for the date and time. She then goes on to tell me my receipt does not match and continued to look at the receipt and shoe. There’s no eye contact or communication, she was more so talking to herself. She proceeded with the return and explained that she assumed the price of the shoe would be at least a few hundred dollars instead of the $39 discount price…..She clearly assumed that I had switched tags or was trying to scam her in someway and was very direct in treating me as such. I have never had a bad experience at this location however she completely turned me off from shopping here.
I work in hotel sales so I take customer service very seriously, not only when I’m at work but just in every day interactions so I couldn’t understand how she felt her actions were within Nordstrom standards. Also, if she was educated in brands, she would know that Vince Camuto shoes are often discounted for very affordable prices even in Burlington Coat Factory so her comment that she assumed the price should be in the high hundreds confused me but hey. ??♀️”
“There is a young woman by the name of Shamona. ( might of misspelled name)
However she is simply amazing. She is the true definition of great customer service. Which is hard to find in this crazy rude world we live in.. I only shop there because of her ..Thank you K G and Shamona for the pleasant experience”
“I loved this store, my first visit to a Rally Store! The young female associate was friendly and helpful in answering my questions. The store has quite an amazing selection of our Philly sport teams products!

“Clean store. Lots to choose from. Didn’t have a seat in the shoe section but we made due. They also don’t give bags at check out. Just a heads up. Plenty of parking in the parking lot.”

“Went into this jcrew today to do a return. The sales associate didn't say much and wasn't very personable. It took longer than it should've to complete the return as well. The store however was very clean and they had a wide selection. I didn't have time to look around at the clothes, but they did have a lot of different choices.”
“New remodel really made this store great again, I hope it stays stocked and beautiful! Expensive but clearance had good deals, just not a lot of size range. Not many promotions and rewards program is below average. But good quality product makes up for it. Very few fitting rooms, so I purchased without trying on. Young blonde gentleman that was greeting that day was really great and friendly checked in on me 3 times during my visit and assisted what I was looking for. Thank you!”

“I’m writing a 5 star review because the workers were so helpful and friendly. The manager was super friendly and personable, on the phone and in person! If I had her name, I’d share. She had curly hair! I also came by myself and was rushing to find a dress. Olivia (I’m pretty positive that was her name) in the dressing room was super helpful and helped me tie the dress. I know it doesn’t seem like much but it seems like retail workers are so unfriendly these days. I really appreciated the help!”
“Clean and organized, with a good selection of product. Music is very loud, so it’s hard to hear the cashiers. Customer service is generally good, with a little hit and miss.”

“Have shopped here previously but on my visit this weekend had an overwhelmingly positive experience. My husband was shopping for some items for a conference. Adam along with the other staff were so pleasant and helped guide him with choosing some pieces. They even called the Marlton store and put 2 pairs of sale pants on hold for us to pick up. (The Manager at Marlton, Deborah and her co worker were super friendly as well!). My husband loved a plaid sports jacket that we didn’t purchase. From Cherry Hill he bought a merino crewneck sweater. I decided to buy the sports jacket online via the app and picked it up today. Again, the staff were so warm at Cherry Hill and the associate who helped me remembered us from the previous day and was just so kind to me. I was able to get 15% off by shopping in the app. The previous day a 20% coupon for personal styling had been applied. I genuinely appreciate the customer service, especially as a woman of color where sometimes I am not acknowledge at all when I enter stores.”

“Wow their customer service is fantastic! We had a shirt get delivered to the wrong house. I was panicked because I had already paid for it. I called the customer service line and by the grace of his, I got a guy named Terrance. I have never had a more genuine and happy to help person than this man! We had some great talks about life stuff and well as him successfully and genuine help and concern for the situation. Higher ups need to give him a raise because that man was amazing and I could see us being friends outside of this escapade ? if you need help with anything ask for Terrance ask for him because he was such a joy and so helpful! “I was looking for a dress for a wedding I was attending and have looked everywhere. I finally went to cherry hill mall and into Francesca’s. I was greeted by a very nice woman Latrice and explained everything. She went way above and beyond to help me. She pulled dresses, she zipped dresses, she made me feel so comfortable and I found a dress finally. She even continued to help me pick out jewelry. I am so grateful to have had this type of assistance.”
