Rachel was AMAZING! She had such a friendly demeanor and went above and beyond for us! We went in looking for a specific bag. She said they don’t carry it in store, but she went in the back to grab her personal bag so that we could see it. She then offered to order it online and have it shipped directly to us.

Sierra was great! I ordered a pair of boots for my wife online and they sent the wrong product. Was having trouble returning them online. Brought them into the store and they immediately exchanged them with no questions asked. Great customer service and staff all around! Highly recommend
