βSanai was such a great attendant. The store was busy and she was the only one available and she was calm, thorough, polite and handled the pressure of influx like a true professional. She also gave great advice which led to me purchasing 2 pair of shoes.β

βStopped off at Aldoβs and Allie greeted me as I walked in. She inquired if I was looking for anything specific and I told her that I was looking for a pair of shoes for a wedding. I described the dresses that I had in mind to wear and she made some excellent suggestions. Once I landed on the pair of shoes, she suggested a beautiful clutch to accessorize and complement the shoes. She did a wonderful job.β
βWent in looking for suits, Namyr was very helpful. He provided measurements and explanations on a couple different suit types. Made our experience very enjoyable.β
βKenny and Katie were very helpful. They went out of the way to help me with everything I needed. Kenny went out of his way to order in shoes to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and that I was happy with my purchase. Would highly recommend coming here!β

βAfter visiting several sneaker stores, I finally found what I was looking for at Journeys. Upon entering the store, I was warmly greeted by Jolly, who presented me with multiple sneaker options, as I was unsure of my size as a first-time Converse buyer. I was in and out of the store in under 15 minutes, thanks to Jolly's efficient assistance with the checkout process from my seat. This experience stood out from some of the other sneaker stores in the mall, as I was not pressured to purchase anything beyond my desired sneakers, and I left with a great impression and my desired footwear.β
βALL i CAN SAY IS WOW! CALLED THE STORE IN THE AM TO SEE IF I COULD GET LACROSSE HEAD RESTRUNG. BECAUSE MY DAUGHTERS STICK WAS NOT LEGAL. THE YOUNG LADY THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE SAID WE COULD GET IT DONE TODAY RIGHT. WHAT HAPPENED NEXT WAS THE AWESOME PART. I WALKED INTO THE STORE INTRODUCED MYSELF THERE WERE TWO LADY THAT I KNEW WERE LACROSSE PLAYERS AND KNEW FROM THERE BODY LANGUAGE THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT. THE ONE GIRL TOOK STICK AND SAID RIGHT AWAY THIS COULD BE A QUICK FIX. BEING A LACROSSE DAD FOR BOTH BOYS AND GIRLS I KING OF KNOW WHATS LEGAL AND AND WHATS NOT. MY DAUGHTER AND I HAD A DISAGREEMENT WHICH I FOUND OUT SHE WAS RIGHT. I HAD MY DAUGHTER ON THE PHONE AND SHE EXPLAINED WHAT SHE DID AND DID NOT WANT TO PUT A NEW MESH IN BECAUSE SHE IS IN TOURNAMENT PLAY AND WOULD TAKE TIME TO BREAK IN. THEY FIXED HER LACROSSE HEAD MADE SURE IT WAS LEGAL AND USED IT IN STORE TO MAKE SURE THAT IT WAS GOOD TO THROW. WHEN SHE WAS FINISHED I OFFERED TO PAY AND SHE SAID SIR ITS OK. ITS NOT ABOUT PAYING BECAUSE i KNOW I WILL BE BACK BECAUSE THE STORE AND PEOPLE ARE AMAZING. I RECOMMEND NOT GOING ANY WHERE ELSE FOR YOUR DAUGHTERS LACROSSE NEEDS SIMPLY THE BEST.β

βThis was my first time there. The clothes are of good quality. There was a very nice selection of clothes. The sales people were so nice and very helpful. They were not pushy at all. The clothes are a bit pricey but because the quality is so good and the clothes they sell you donβt see at other places I donβt mind spending more.β
βThey have a great Selection of casual and formal wear for all occasions. I always find quality clothing and brands you donβt find at the average department. Stores. Recently purchases an Amazing sport coat and the dress pants that were super comfortable, the in-house tailor makes sure everything had an impeccable fit. No need to go anywhere else they have it all!β
βOnly boot barn I've ever been too but they seemed to have all types of work boots as well as regular boots that one can imagine. Almost every design available out there and most brands were present.
Only thing I couldn't find were the modern BOA system boots, I was looking for them specifically.β

βI just got a beautiful black dress, romper and cute pumps. The owner was super kind and helped me find a beautiful outfit for an event I have to attend this weekend. I had to bring my seven year old son and she was also very sweet to him. Very cute styles~ I said I felt like I was shopping like the celebrity housewives haha. Highly recommend if you are into trendy fashion.β
βAnn was WONDERFUL! Ann helped us out from start to finish, taking time to answer all questions and doing a fitting. You could tell that Ann knew a great deal about the brand and fit of the boots and to top it off the customer service was outstanding. We will definitely be back!β

βWow their customer service is fantastic! We had a shirt get delivered to the wrong house. I was panicked because I had already paid for it. I called the customer service line and by the grace of his, I got a guy named Terrance. I have never had a more genuine and happy to help person than this man! We had some great talks about life stuff and well as him successfully and genuine help and concern for the situation. Higher ups need to give him a raise because that man was amazing and I could see us being friends outside of this escapade ? if you need help with anything ask for Terrance ask for him because he was such a joy and so helpful! I will be emailing the company to put in a good word for him. Not only did he reconcile the issue but honored the free shipping we were offered and upgraded our delivery to a faster service. Terrance if youβre reading this from Seattle we gotta meet up thank you for all your energy and help!!β
βI had an interesting experience today. I went to exchange some shoes. I first thought there was no workers in the store, but then I realized there was two workers. One was busy already helping another customer and the other was sitting there talking loudly on her cellphone to someone. I kept waiting at the front hoping she would see me, but eventually the other guy that was already busy came to help me. While he was helping me the store phone started to ring. The worker on her phone did not come to help until after the phone stopped ringing. Moral of the story, shout out the the guy working there today, and Iβm sorry you have to work with someone so lazy.β

βI had the best experience at Journey Kids today! I was there oct 8th around 430 ish The girl working there was so sweet and super helpful helping me find the right shoes for my toddler. She was patient and made the whole process so easy β definitely appreciate her kindness and great service!β
βJust stopped down to Action to get BDU pants- Piper, Sidney, and Emily were there at the counter however I believe it was Emily (the newer salesperson - she wore a green shirt today) that almost immediately came over and asked if I needed help. She demonstrated excellent product knowledge trying to find me what was in my size and price range. Emily has a bubbly attitude, was totally patient, and, after trying super expensive pants, she chatted with the other associate (not sure if it was piper or Sidney) and found me a pair of Rothcoβs that fit perfectly and were not cost prohibitive. Emily went above and beyond to find exactly what I was looking for, inquired if I needed the sizing on the bottom of the legs fixed (thankfully Rothko has a tie at the bottom so I didnβt need it but she offered assistance here anyway which was welcomed for sure), rang me up with a smile and made everything super easy and stress free. 100+ highly recommend and will be back again for sure! Thank you SO much for the excellent service! You ladies are literal angels!β
βStaff is always so helpful and friendly here. I tend to always end up buying something from here as they have a great selection. Plus if something isn't available in your size they will help you get it shipped or delivered to the store. The prices are reasonable, and they usually have deals and discounts too.β

βI stopped by Nordstrom Rack last week while I was looking for a dress and shoes for a wedding I was attending in California.
They had a nice selection overall. I wasnβt able to find a dress, mainly because the wedding required specific colors and I couldnβt find one in the color I needed. That part was a little disappointing, but they did have a good variety of dresses in general.
Where they really stood out was the shoes. They had a strong selection of dressy shoes, along with a lot of other items. This is one of those stores where you can usually find cute summer sandals, pocketbooks, undergarments, and random good finds if you take your time.
Even though I didnβt find what I was specifically looking for on that visit, I do like this Nordstrom Rack and would come back. It can be a hit or miss, but more often than not, youβll walk out with something.β
