“I stopped by Nordstrom Rack last week while I was looking for a dress and shoes for a wedding I was attending in California. They had a nice selection overall. I wasn’t able to find a dress, mainly because the wedding required specific colors and I couldn’t find one in the color I needed. That part was a little disappointing, but they did have a good variety of dresses in general. Where they really stood out was the shoes. They had a strong selection of dressy shoes, along with a lot of other items. This is one of those stores where you can usually find cute summer sandals, pocketbooks, undergarments, and random good finds if you take your time. Even though I didn’t find what I was specifically looking for on that visit, I do like this Nordstrom Rack and would come back. It can be a hit or miss, but more often than not, you’ll walk out with something.”

“I had an interesting experience today. I went to exchange some shoes. I first thought there was no workers in the store, but then I realized there was two workers. One was busy already helping another customer and the other was sitting there talking loudly on her cellphone to someone. I kept waiting at the front hoping she would see me, but eventually the other guy that was already busy came to help me. While he was helping me the store phone started to ring. The worker on her phone did not come to help until after the phone stopped ringing.
