He checked for us before we go there and ensured they had it in stock! We arrived and he replaced the old one with then one they had in stock. “Had a great experience at Verizon in Cherry Hill Haddonfield Road location. Went in just to ask questions the 1st day to weigh my options. Met with a nice rep, Ash, she spent about an hour going over everything with me. Told her I would come back in a couple days if I decided to keep my business with Verizon (19 years already) because I wanted to shop around. Well she was so knowledgeable and nice that I didn’t shop I just went back to her and she spent another couple hours helping me upgrade and add service to my account.
