“Went to this Old Navy for the first time just to browse but came out with two outfits, looking forward to wearing them once the weather warms up. I’m normally overwhelmed in stores shopping due to the disorganization and too many people. I didn’t feel this way after this shopping trip so that was a plus.
Pros: Items were organized and easy to find.
Cons: Maybe I missed the carts or carry bags but I had to carry all items in my arms around the store to try on at the fitting room.”
“I stopped in to buy a jacket for an upcoming holiday dinner and Fred took the time to help me find the right size, fit and pattern. Not only that, but he measured me for a couple of dress shirts too. I walked out with two jackets and two dress shirts - I'm thrilled with the fit and I must say, I look great. Highly recommended, will shop there again!”
“Only boot barn I've ever been too but they seemed to have all types of work boots as well as regular boots that one can imagine. Almost every design available out there and most brands were present.
Only thing I couldn't find were the modern BOA system boots, I was looking for them specifically.”

“A luxurious space, very open seating, large restaurant, very good food, I have never been to a restaurant that looked so luxurious, the menu is very extensive, there are a lot of choices for breakfast dim sum that I have never heard of before, and the service is extremely attentive. I come here for breakfast with colleagues. The foods is brought out look like eating in the palace”

“Went into this jcrew today to do a return. The sales associate didn't say much and wasn't very personable. It took longer than it should've to complete the return as well. The store however was very clean and they had a wide selection. I didn't have time to look around at the clothes, but they did have a lot of different choices.”
“They have a great Selection of casual and formal wear for all occasions. I always find quality clothing and brands you don’t find at the average department. Stores. Recently purchases an Amazing sport coat and the dress pants that were super comfortable, the in-house tailor makes sure everything had an impeccable fit. “Have shopped here previously but on my visit this weekend had an overwhelmingly positive experience. My husband was shopping for some items for a conference. Adam along with the other staff were so pleasant and helped guide him with choosing some pieces. They even called the Marlton store and put 2 pairs of sale pants on hold for us to pick up. (The Manager at Marlton, Deborah and her co worker were super friendly as well!). My husband loved a plaid sports jacket that we didn’t purchase. From Cherry Hill he bought a merino crewneck sweater. I decided to buy the sports jacket online via the app and picked it up today. Again, the staff were so warm at Cherry Hill and the associate who helped me remembered us from the previous day and was just so kind to me. I was able to get 15% off by shopping in the app. The previous day a 20% coupon for personal styling had been applied. I genuinely appreciate the customer service, especially as a woman of color where sometimes I am not acknowledge at all when I enter stores.”

The store was well stocked but what really stood out was the staff Polite,friendly and knowledgeable to sure but even the outside security team were extremely personable. “Wow their customer service is fantastic! We had a shirt get delivered to the wrong house. I was panicked because I had already paid for it. I called the customer service line and by the grace of his, I got a guy named Terrance. I have never had a more genuine and happy to help person than this man! We had some great talks about life stuff and well as him successfully and genuine help and concern for the situation. Higher ups need to give him a raise because that man was amazing and I could see us being friends outside of this escapade ? if you need help with anything ask for Terrance ask for him because he was such a joy and so helpful! I will be emailing the company to put in a good word for him. Not only did he reconcile the issue but honored the free shipping we were offered and upgraded our delivery to a faster service. Terrance if you’re reading this from Seattle we gotta meet up thank you for all your energy and help!!”

“When I walked into this Lululemon location, I was truly feeling myself. I was feeling very body positive, authentic, and beautifully gay. I don’t wanna blame any sales associate for possibly hating on my true gay self. maybe mercury was in retrograde or the planets were aligned in some way that prevented the computer from properly managing my return. for some reason, I was only able to receive my return back via gift card and this made me feel very body negative and in-authentic. I don’t know if there is enough rose quartz in the world to heal my heart chakra from this experience. but i believe in karma, so i leave you 5-stars, along with my truth. i will be back shortly for a lot more pants!”
