The young man at the front desk is a horrible customer service representative. Doesn’t know how to talk to or treat people. Going back tomorrow to close my accounts.Follow up: Received a call from a person whom I think was the branch manager. After my conversion with her my decision to close the accounts was affirmed. Account are closed.

I went in to get a new debit card and was immediately greeted and taken care of. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I appreciate that because I don’t go into banks/credit unions often.

Nov 25, 2023 I came in for a debit card and checks was in /out in 5 minutes . That was the best service I ever received at a bank . Customer service was great !

If you’re looking at loan rates, BEWARE! Navy Federal engages in deceptive advertising when it comes to loan rates. You can have excellent credit / history, great debt to income ratio, etc…they lure you in by advertising one rate, then offering another after you apply. Check out PFFCU instead…they treat their customers sooo much better.

i love this navy federal! i've come to know many of the staff & am delighted by how i'm greeted. (my daughter too!) the only complaint i'd have is that there is ALWAYS a line to the door, no matter what time you go, but the excellent service & efficiency makes it worthwhile.

The most insensitive bank I’ve ever used. Made a deposit on Thursday and was promised it would be ready Tuesday. Well it’s not there and I called but they won’t release my hard earned money into tomorrow. I take care of my family with that money and no one seems to care. Stay away at all costs they only cater to rich people. They say they care but they really don’t. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I highly advise you all to do the same. Lanita was very defensive and lacked empathy during the entire call. Her unprofessional behavior and dismissive attitude made for a really bad experience. Henry wasn’t bad so I’ll leave him alone. But she was the worst customer service representative I’ve dealt with in a long time. I hope she gets retrained and demoted to a normal position because she is clearly incapable of handling her supervisor position.

Deposited a large, stolen / altered check for a "customer" living at this residence in Chester, PA. Avoid at all costs as at least one teller is corrupt!

This place is FOREVER crowded and it's clear they've made ZERO attempt to redeem the problem. The line is literally out the door and is always pretty close to it otherwise. THIS IS AWFUL!!!! Try to find another bank bc this bank surely isn't putting another up nor finding any remedies to rectify this problem.

I love NFCU but this branch needs attention. Very interesting how everyone is saying the same thing but nothing is being done!Makes you wonder how much Navy Federal actual value their members.Do something about your wait times! It is ridiculous!

i ve been a member for 40 yrs . great support the team is awesome . alway Curtis and very polite highly reccomeed my nfcu team keep it up people just want to complain about nothing.

I only gave it a 1 because I want to join but there is no in person branch in Philadelphia and I don't drive. When you decide to open a branch in a city of over 1.5 million, then I'll join and improve my ratings. Some people like the person to person interaction.
