Love living at Playa Del Sol! Management is friendly and on top of things, laundry on every floor makes life easy, and the pool and clubhouse are great perks. Utilities can be a bit high, but still totally reasonable for everything you get.

This bulding and this management is one of the best that i ever had to be a part of. They have been doing an amazing job making sure the building is always safe and clean. The maintenance calls are always fast and helpful. The location is also undeniably coveniant. It's with in less then 10 minutes to everything.
