“My family and I stayed at ROOST East Market in Philadelphia for six weeks while my husband underwent medical treatment, and I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about this place.

We stayed in a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath apartment with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows. The apartment was immaculate, spacious, comfortable, and truly felt like a home during an incredibly difficult time in our lives.

What made this experience exceptional, though, was the people. Every single person we encountered, from the reservation staff to the front desk team to housekeeping, was kind, compassionate, professional, and genuinely caring. Their level of customer service was beyond anything I’ve experienced before.

Having a fully functioning apartment with a kitchen was also invaluable during an extended stay. It allowed us to prepare meals and avoid the constant expense and stress of eating out every day like you typically would in a hotel.

Most importantly, the compassion shown to us while we were there dealing with serious medical issues meant more than I can adequately express. ROOST East Market gave us comfort, peace, and support during one of the hardest periods of our lives.

It is located central to just about everything in Center City Philly. An absolutely beautiful location.

In particular, Amanda and Mike really care about the residents and are very attentive to any issues or concerns. That's really what sets this place apart. I did also enjoy the roof deck, the great bridge views, the location in Old City and easy access to the Delaware River Trail and nearby piers.”

I must give a huge shout out to my Leasing Agent Yanice Mc Mullen who did an amazing job to ensure that all my questions and concerns was taken care of.

I admire her tenacity in ensuring that a challenge that occurred when moving in was resolved by the team. I noticed that the initial unit that I was to move into didn’t have a dishwasher unit. I immediately contacted her to express my disappointment because all model units viewed had one which I was also expecting. She was very apologetic and expressed that she didn’t know that there isn’t one in that unit. I was very pleased to see how the team worked with me and get me transferred to another unit that has a dishwasher in 24hrs. The appliances were fairly new, the apartment was very clean. The staff overall very polite and friendly.”

“I moved in 2 months ago. The location is unbeatable for price. Pet friendly. Old City is amazing.I love the large windows and natural light. They have a state of the art fitness facility , great community room. The rooftop views are awesome. Looking forward to the summer when I can really enjoy it. “This review is long overdue. To cut a long story short, this is most likely the best apartment building I've ever lived in, regardless of whether it's on the east or west coast. Aside from the beauty and amenities of the place, of course, the staff is the most critical aspect of any apartment or condo building, and this is where Spring Garden really shines. I've already mentioned the maintenance worker. Diana is really good at what she does, and I could say that the owners manage this company effectively and efficiently.”

I love the social activities that are offered at times in the evenings. Especially when you arrive
home from a long day , to be greeted with food, drinks, water ice and mustard pretzels, tacos, salads, etc….There are often times in the mornings Management has set up danishes, fruit coffee, tea hot chocolate for your enjoyment in the mornings. This is a great start for your day.

The Front Desk Administration is awesome, our Engineer, Housekeeping and Management are always on top of keeping the building, hallways etc in tip top shape, the trash rooms , halls elevator are always clean and in order.

“Very friendly and informative staff. Worked with the lady Marissa. I wanted to look around at different units and she was extremely helpful. She knew the property well and showed me all the perks. One of the biggest things was the fitness center. That's big for me. The fact that it's open 24/7 is a bonus. I wish all places were as friendly and helpful as here. Only Con is that I don’t recommend that you have your friends use you as a reference to move in you only get $250 and 48 hrs to fill out a W9 form. If we are taking the time to recommend someone we should get a little longer then 48hrs”

“Red Bank Run is a clean, quiet place to live. I've been fortunate enough to have been here about 5 years, and in that time I've witnessed a lot of effort and energy spent by staff and owners towards making these townhomes a nice place to live. The maintenance team and the girls in the office genuinely care about this property. Grounds are cleaned every morning, the property is well landscaped, maintenance requests are always met in a timely fashion, and the property manager is always helpful. I consider myself lucky to be able to raise my kids in this community.”

“I have been a resident at The Battery for three years. The staff, more than anywhere I have ever lived, have been hospitable and caring to the extent that they feel like family. There is always a friendly face at the front desk to assist with anything you might need, and the maintenance staff is personable and efficient. I have never wanted for anything during my entire residence. Additionally, there are numerous events and amenities being provided constantly. It truly is a wonderful place to live at, and I couldn't recommend it any more.”
