“My review for this location was great. I think some of the combination locks to retrieve the keys should be replaced as the combinations are deteriorating making it hard to read. I do have some complaints about the U-Haul mobile app experience and would give the mobile app only 2 stars. It was NOT great and I would rather prefer to schedule and pick up with a real person. Uhaul should notify the customer at the time of scheduling what is to be expected when picking up the tuck. I was not aware of how long the process takes before you can drive the truck off the lot and should have at least arrived 30 minutes before I scheduled the pickup. U-Haul should allow you to register your rental a day before and start with the driver license and verification process in advance. I know you can't verify the truck in advance, but at least have to option to submit your driver license to verify in advance. You will also submit a second contact as a reference and uhaul will contact your reference. Well, if your reference ist not answering the phone right away you just sit in the lot waiting to be verified. Which is probably why the process took that long. If I would have known that this is the process I could have prepared better. Also, when you first get your vehicle you need to take pictures from each side. This is great on theory, but to be able to fit each side in the camera view you need to step back at least 20 feet. This is impossible from where the truck is parked. The process is the same again when you return. You will need to take pictures from each side. I will only recommend to start the return process before parking the truck as you will not have enough room to take the pictures. Hindsight I should also have taken the truck out of the parking spot when I picked it up before finalizing the pickup procedure. I will be better prepared next time, but Uhaul should have better communication and send instructions prior to your scheduled rental.”

“Spectacular experience. Great management and employees. I reserved my vehicle simply by calling directly Rent-A-Wreck directly. I called one business day in advance, they did not ask for any money upfront, and there were no problems. Car was excellent, no funny sounds or smells.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Anyone complaining about not getting refunds, booking problems, etc., are probably using Expedia or some other 3rd party system, which has NOTHING to do with Rent-A-Wreck policy.”
