My legacy box (old account) failed. The salesman gave me a new updated box because there are no more legacy boxes. The new boxes was not compatible with my legacy account. I would have to upgrade my account. That would cost me an additional $45.00 per month on top of what I was already paying. When I called Xfinity they checked this store's stock and they had legacy boxes in stock. FYI, the new boxes are configured to function as legacy boxes so that legacy customers won't have to pay that exorbitant price. If you haven't figured it out, 'Legacy' means 'Older People.'

I'm being billed for service I don't have nor I never used, I never requested for Xfinity to send me any equipment to home that doesn't work. How the hell does that happen. That reason why I cut core the first time Xfinity y'all be on some BS! 💯

After I refused to have a representative come to the house they sent one anyway and I told him that I didn’t ask for him to come to the house he said okay and left also said that I would not be charged. Xfinity has been trying to get $98.62 from me ever since Ecspecially after I explained that I didn’t make the decision or request to have a person come not to mention that I am on a set income. For weeks, I had been having a problem with the settings on my iPhone. I tried numerous times to find the solution online. I must have tried twenty or more suggestions, but all of them failed. Since the problem involved my VOICEMAIL, several websites stated that different carriers have different numbers for their VOICEMAIL. I was unable to find any such number for Xfinity. Determined to have my phone work properly, I went to the Xfinity Store in Cherry Hill. I was assisted by a tech person, Dametri. At first perplexed, he patiently tried several things until he came up with a solution. He succeeded. He couldn't have been more gracious. Next time I get near the store, I should bring him a cheesesteak.

Staff is available when place isn't very crowded. Otherwise can be considerable wait.
Company tactics can be woefully inadaquate, highly frustrating and stressful.
Gone are plug and play days. I usually go to store to return outdated items even though Xfinity informs us paid, return postage will be provided. It wasn't. Additionally, I worked unpaid hours getting my linked household equipment reconnected to new WiFi hub! If your home 🏡 or maybe small business relies on more interconnected devices I hope you have knowhow or staff to get you back online with needless grief ...
