“All in all we very much enjoyed our night out to PH Steakehouse. Drinks were properly made and they had Monkey 47 (my favorite gin that can be hard to find at restaurants) and we enjoyed everything we ordered. They start the night with complimentary Parker house rolls and a seasoned olive oil. I sprung for the French onion soup, which I must admit was one of the best I’ve ever had. Our entrees were enjoyable, however my wife’s medium filet came out closer to medium rare. Having cooked many steaks I fully understand this can happen and they were happy to refire it to my wife’s content. I got the swordfish entree which was cooked perfectly (grill marks and all) and was pleasant enough. My one gripe is the rice and veggies that came on the plate screamed for updating. They were reminiscent of a restaurant from the 70’s, completely bland and felt as if they were there to fill the plate rather than to enjoy. We paid a little more than I would of liked considering I’ve had better meals at the price point, but all in all I would return here.”

“One of my very favorite casual restaurants! Great food--always good portions and great, consistently wonderful quality whether a salad, burger or main entree. The servers are friendly but they don't "hover" and the ambience is warm and inviting in the "pub" room. Open 7 days a week, when most restaurants in the area are closed on Mondays and other days. Highly recommend The Grain House”

“Love the rooms; include kitchenette w full refrigerator, cook top, micro, basic dishes and utensils and plenty of useful work space.Everybody in the area understands when I say 'the ugly hotel on 31 just north of 78.'Location is good, but difficult to get there. If you want to go s on 31 (as in back to I 78), you have to drive 1/2 mile north to a jug-handle so you get to go through the same light twice and then drive another half mile south. That said, we'll be staying again.Stayed 5 nights, didn't want housekeeping in that time.”

“This is a very nice hotel in a very conveniently located area. There are several restaurants within an easy walk, and right behind the hotel there's a trail system for those who, like me, prefer a bit of quiet time away from the hustle and bustle of the traffic. The rooms are spacious and very clean, there were at least eight built-in USB ports for plugging in various devices, and plenty of good lighting. The shower was strong and worked perfectly.”

“The king crab/lobster cavatelli was phenomenal. Salmon over asparagus was superb. The pre-dinner cocktails (Clydesdale and Peach Trot) were simply amazing. Spring shrimp rolls are our favorite appetizer. Our servers, Nick and John were outstanding and friendly. This is a great place!”

“Stayed here due to it's convenient location to my class reunion destination. I lived in this area for many years before moving south, and it was fun to see how much changed over the 20 years away. The hotel was clean and neat. The staff I met were nice, friendly and polite. The room was comfortable with all the services I needed for the stay. It is great for a long stay with the full kitchen, extra large closets and cupboards. The only thing missing was a room safe, which I like when traveling.Other than that, the stay was very pleasant.I would recommend this Marriott property.”

“I stayed here for a business trip. I understood they were under renovation, as many hotels will do. This hotel went above and beyond to inform me of expecting prior to my arrival. The room was clean and the new rooms look great. I was also greeted and checked out by Oswaldo who was very professional and polite. I would book her again if I'm in the area.”
