“Walter, the postal service rep is one of a kind! He went out of his way to help me out with my package. He weighed my stuff first to make sure I am saving money and he went ahead and packed my box for me. His good and kind and helpful nature should be emulated and this post office should be very proud for having an employee like him!”

“I'll never go to another USPS in the area again! Keith genuinely cares about the people who walk in the store and in just two visits, I'm sold. My second visit in, I had a packed containing automotive parts weighing around 35 lbs and in a large box. He took one look at the prepaid label I had printed and taped to the box and knew I overpaid. He handed me scissors and a large flat rate box and gave me the time to unbox and repack the items after discussing what the contents were and if they would fit. This saved me OVER $60 after I voided my previous label. He even went ahead and reinforced the box on his own time. You just won't find that kind of service at most USPS or with other courier services.”

“I have had a PO BOX for close to 10 years.I can't comment on home delivery but delivery to my box has been spot on, even if it has my home address the handlers recognize my name.The women at the desk have always been polite and professional.”
“I mailed (in 2026) around 6 items through a local box on my corner and all 6 got to it's destination quickly with a stamp or prepaid. I also mailed around 20-25 items at the post office and every one got to the destination. I also received around 40 tracked deliveries and every one got to me without problem. So they're flawless in 2026 in my case, thankfully. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is, in 2025 a certified was lost, unexplained, and prior to that 2 or so were lost in 2024 based on recollection, as per my family. So I'm going to give them 4 stars and just say 2026 has been fine for me, but I'm still in wait and see mode based on some stuff in prior years, but for the most part I go there regularly and have no issues. That's my honest review. If that changes, I'll revisit.”

“I really don't understand the hate for this post office. The employees are polite when I go there to drop off packages, and the man who seems to be the manager has helped me out in several issues I've had, with lost internal parcels or reclaiming money after receiving damaged packages.
I remember coming to this place several years ago and the people were just sad and angry. This is completely different. Not wotth their 2/5 rating”
