Horrible customer service! The staff is rude, condescending and not friendly at all. Very slow too. There is only one professional person there - an older gentleman, who is always kind and willing to help. The ladies are straight up impolite to their customers.I wish USPS made sure their staff learned some manners.

The folks here don’t seem to go out of their way to make the mailing, shipping , or post office box obtaining processes easy for sure. I feel frustrated 9 out of 10 visits here. Wonder how this might be improved???

Peapack post office is very friendly. They will work with you even if you come in just as their closing.
