“I recently had my first visit at Roxbury Animal Hospital with my two cats, and the experience was above and beyond! Colleen and Jennifer at the front desk were so very kind and answered all million of my questions with care and kindness. The vet techs greeted me with a smile and made me feel comfortable and confident in taking my girls there for their checkup. Dr. Elia is incredibly intelligent and thorough. She made sure my girls were healthy from top to bottom. Everybody who handled my cats treated them with grace and love, pet them and made them feel safe.

“Everyone at Hodes is friendly, attentive and caring. I went for my dog’s annual check-up and they explained her test results (thankfully she is a healthy pup!).
When she did get sick from eating out garbage, they were able to help right away and called twice to check-in on her. The vets listen to our concerns and help us make the best decision for our pup.
We are 40 minutes away from Hodes but it’s well worth the car ride to get our pup treated by the best vets we have met!”

“We had to rush my cat, Zuko, there late Sunday night. From the moment we got there the staff were beyond professional. The front desk staff alerted the back and they came and quickly got my cat to be examined. The doctor was amazing. She came in after her exam and gave us some insight and asked how we would like to move forward. This is the only vet hospital that asks before they do.
They have answered all of our questions and phone calls. Janet (so sorry if I spelt this wrong) has helped answer any questions we have and has been so professional and kind towards us. I really cannot thank this facility and staff enough for what they have and are actively still doing for us.”
“I had an emergency with my Dog bobby and was desperately trying to find a place that would see him last minute. I called long valley animal hospital and right away they fit me in. What an amazing place and staff! So welcoming and truly worried about my dog. From the moment i walked in to the moment i walked out everyone showed such professionalism and passion for their jobs! My dog ended up having a real emergency and they were able to quickly come up with a plan. They have gained a new patient because i will definitely be going back for my dogs needs.”
“Very informative, kind, and compassionate staff. I brought my cat in today for scabs on his chin that he scratched open and bleeding on and off. The girls at the front were very kind over the phone and in person. They were able to fit me in same day within a few hours. My little old man doesn’t like to be handled much especially around his face but the doctor and technician were very gentle and patient with him, giving him breaks when needed. I’m very happy with the care received today and learned that cats can have acne like humans! We got some medicated wipes to go home with and he seems to be more comfortable already. Thank you Dr Pascucci for taking care of my boy”

“Sad day today, had to put our cat down today. The Dr Rodriguez who we saw was wonderful he sat with us for our final good bye on the back lawn of the hospital while he went to sleep forever. Loki wasn't a normal cat but the staff made it just a little bit better knowing he's not in pain anymore. To anyone in the same position I highly recommend these people. On the brighter side we still have 2 other feline members of our family persephone and hatie little black fur balls, I only hope they enjoy the long life loki did.”
“After DECADES of going some place else, I made the tough decision to switch after a few issues brought up my dog’s annual visit were dismissed.Round Valley welcomed me in, took a good look at my boy, confirmed one issue (it wasn’t as bad as I thought, but was there) and recorded another to keep an eye on.The other place said my 3 year old dog needed severe dental work when I brush his teeth a few times a week and back teeth are white. Round Valley was impressed by his mouth and marveled by saying “wow, pet owners usually miss the back teeth! You are using the safest and best dental bones on the market”THANK YOU ROUND VALLEY!”
“Every time we've gone to this clinic they have treated my babies with love and us with compassion.
We unfortunately had to say goodbye to our feline baby today, and the whole team was extremely accommodating and understanding. They made a horrible situation into a bearable one, and cared for us as much as for him.

“I like the way they’re run. Office staff, vet techs and Dr Levitian leave us feeling comfortable and seen. Whenever we need paperwork for proof of vaccination, etc., it’s so easy to contact the office. My family knows this practice as “no nonsense”- so far recommending only those procedures that are necessary and reasonable for our unique circumstances. As a first time dog mom, there was no question in my mind of who my vet was going to be.”
“Beautiful looking place, very clean and modern looking, love the hippo. Everyone who works there has been wonderful, especially Dr. Kerry, while I've been dealing with my cats health issues. While it sucks my little girl is dealing with her issues, they have made the whole process as easy and smooth as i could have hoped for. One of my biggest concerns was not being able to afford the care she needed, but the prices seem absolutely reasonable all considered, and absolutely worth it for the care and attention they have provided for her. Again, I couldn't recommend this place any higher, I apologize for not remembering more names since everyone I've met has been wonderful, but Dr. Kerry was who I worked with first and she's absolutely fantastic!”

They're all very professional, reasonably priced (we usually get the nail trim treatment deluxe ?), friendly, and respectful. I don't think we'll ever stop going here!”

Howard Veterinary services. He came highly recommended from a friend, who is an ER. Doctor & an animal lover.
His staff was polite, helpful & very responsive. He is an experienced vet with a caring, loving bedside manner. I haven't had a new puppy for many years. I called around to a few local vets & when I spoke to his office staff, I knew right away, he would be our vet. They are very accommodating, explained exactly the process and what vaccines the puppy would need for the future. They did not oversell like some of the other practices I spoke to, and were conservative on extra shots & vaccines she would need. We have been back several times now & everytime has been a great experience. If you are looking for a new vet, I highly recommend Dr. Howard Veterinary services.”
