He is an EXCELLENT clerk who went completely above & beyond to help me with my mailing needs today and to make sure that my fragile item gets to its destination in one piece. He guided me towards the right path in the way that I needed to mail it out, was friendly and exuded GREAT customer service skills! ....Sometimes you can walk into a post office and are met with rude, unfriendly clerks (I think lots of clerks at other locations have a universal bad rep for that) so it was refreshing to walk in, feel welcomed and respected. “This UPS store on base is great. Sunny was so helpful and professional. He notarized some forms for us. We were a little confused about where to sign and what needed notarized and Sunny walked us through it. He had notarized the same type of form in the past and knew exactly what to do. He even told us where we needed to go in order to mail the forms using our prepaid label. We will definitely use this store again.”

“I spoke with a nice manager at the customer service desk where you ship things or pick things up. And she was very nice and listened and told me how to call Walmart. And get a refund and it worked out for me. And I really appreciated her help and the other ladies help, I didn't get their names but they were very nice and I believe one of them is manager, but thank you so much for your help. Today and I did get my credit from the other store who's shipped me a pair of flip-flops that I never ordered?”

“This is the only post office I use in Trenton/Hamilton. Great location if you walk, bike, use public transit etc. Not the best for driving as the parking lot can get quite cramped.
Lines are usually long on Mondays and Fridays but staff are always super nice and helpful. You can drop off pre labeled items without waiting in line, which is what I usually do.
They do sometimes close before their listed hours, so try to arrive at least an hour before closing.
You should not use the blue box outside of the post office (on the sidewalk)- I lost about $200 of merchandise trying to ship small packages this way.”

Went to buy postage for a package at around 4pm, I used the self service machine. There were only two people there. No wait, it was pretty quick process.”
“This post office is super quick with mailing packages. If you drop off in the morning the package will be scanned same day. The drop off box outside is made for more than just letter drop offs which you don’t often find.Most of the negative reviews are b/c of mailboxes keys- I didn’t use these so I can’t comment on them. Or incorrect delivery- this does happen but not as often in the housing I was in.Porch pickups only happen about 50% of time.”
“I had a pleasant time here at the post office. Not sure why others are having issues. I think if you have reasonable expectations there should be zero issues, it's a post office not a day spa people !
The employee here at this regional location was very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. No nonsense at honestly some times there are times in life when you have things to be done and don't need all the extra yappity yap yap ?️?
One star deduction because the 1 single envelope I was sending couldn't be guaranteed for the same day or next day. The address I was sending it to was literally in the same complex. I hope they are not making an old lady walk all the mail over to the PO boxes there, and thus they couldn't guarantee the same day. (Unless I'm mistaken) But otherwise I had a great time with little to no wait.
