He guided me towards the right path in the way that I needed to mail it out, was friendly and exuded GREAT customer service skills! ....Sometimes you can walk into a post office and are met with rude, unfriendly clerks (I think lots of clerks at other locations have a universal bad rep for that) so it was refreshing to walk in, feel welcomed and respected. “Well I’ll tell you what, this UPS in Bordentown done handled my business better than I expected. I come in there with not one, but several packages of horse manure, all needing to go clear over to Ethiopia.
Young fella at the counter didn’t even blink much, just said “alright then” and got to work. Helped me wrap it up real tight and proper. Said we don’t want no “incidents” in transit, which I agreed with strongly. Took his time but also somehow went fast, which I don’t fully understand but I respect it.
Whole place smelled normal the entire time, which frankly is a miracle in itself. Everything shipped off smooth as can be.

We were a little confused about where to sign and what needed notarized and Sunny walked us through it. He had notarized the same type of form in the past and knew exactly what to do. He even told us where we needed to go in order to mail the forms using our prepaid label. We will definitely use this store again.”

“Always come to this ship center and always greeted with smiles the employees here that work in the front are awesome. The three girls and two guys there are all friendly and willing to help up if needed of course. if it’s something out of their limit there’s nothing you can do. A lot of these 1 stars reviews are people that either have trouble with drivers or FedEx in General or some people just don’t like what actual information is being told. One review I saw is that the 1800FedEx gives out wrong info most of the time. I actually believe that as I’ve have had trouble talking with them many times before. your not talking to the people inside the actually ship center, ur talking to people from somewhere far as they can barely speak English most of the time from what I’ve heard from previous experiences. Either way 5 ⭐️ Thank you guys”

“Staff is always remarkably approachable and helpful. The driveway to the parking area is easy to miss, but has always had ample free parking.
A point of note: This location is not very accessible to people with ambulatory disability, which is the only reason I removed a star from otherwise five star service. The entrance to the building is up a set of stairs and there is seemingly no ramp or alternate point of entry.”

Everything was handled smoothly without any hassle. The parking situation could’ve been better, but for a Saturday afternoon it wasn’t enough to be a real inconvenience. Not like it was apart of the building conservations in 1823! Overall, solid visit and I’d definitely use this location again.”
