“My home branch. I actually like going to this one. There are two ATMs--one drive-up and one inside the bank, and both are open 24/7. It's also really conveniently located off of the jug handle for the shopping center and has its own designated parking lot, with a clockwise flow around the bank for traffic (drive-up amenities are in the back, along with more parking). The floor space is ample and there is a comfortable waiting lounge and four or five offices for BoA representatives if you want to talk about a loan or something. The tellers are friendly and efficient and I have never had a problem with customer service at this branch. This branch (as with most BoA locations) has good walk-in hours, too, and is open until 6PM on weeknights and until 1PM on Saturdays.”

One day I had to withdraw some money and my card was stuck at the atm machine But it was already closing time for them even though it was late one team member came outside and helped me to get my card from the machine. Also he even helped for me to download and how to use mobile app/ Apple Pay. I had my card on Apple Pay now I know how to use for the ATM machine also. That day he really saved my day. So thank you”
