“I cannot speak highly enough of my experience opening a small business account, thanks entirely to the outstanding support of Michelle Melekwe. From the moment we connected, Michelle transformed what can often be a daunting and complex process into an incredibly smooth, positive, and exciting journey. Michelle is the epitome of a true professional. She is exceptionally knowledgeable, patiently answered all of my questions, and explained everything with a clarity that immediately put me at ease. But what truly sets her apart is her genuine care and personal touch. She didn't just process paperwork; she took a proactive interest in my business, anticipating needs I hadn't considered and offering valuable insights that will help me succeed from day one. Her guidance was invaluable, and her passion for helping new entrepreneurs is evident. Thanks to Michelle, I feel confident and fully supported as I launch this new chapter. If you are looking for a banking partner that truly cares, start with Michelle Melekwe. I wholeheartedly recommend her she is an absolute asset to the team and goes far above and beyond”

“I can't say anything negative about this bank because to me, it's been the best bank ever. I recommended friends and family and they are pleased with this bank. No problems whatsoever and the staff are very polite and helpful. The other banks I had before they were not like this one. To me, this bank is number one!”
