“I am absolutely speechless with the level of care and compassion I've received from Rose Pharmacy and I am so beyond grateful to have been referred here by my physician!After having a great deal of difficulty with several CVS locations and stock issues, I soon found myself dealing with a string of new pharmacists that were outwardly rude and refused to assist with any questions I had in regards to my medications or insurance. One CVS pharmacist even told me, "I don't have time to deal with your problems- go online and figure it out yourself." Needless to say, even my doctor was appalled. I was nervous to go to a "smaller" pharmacy; but after my Doctor mentioned he had several other patients with great experiences at Rose, I figured it was worth a try.From the moment they answered the phone, I was treated like a real person and the pharmacist went above and beyond to communicate with me, my Doctor, and insurance, to make sure I would have everything handled promptly. They were very quick, very convenient, and most importantly- they made my experience quick and easy. I felt like I had been a long time customer. Honestly, I would say I even felt like family.I cannot recommend this location highly enough! I would give 10 stars if I could! Just being treated so kindly and professionally would have given them 5 stars alone, but the convenience and speed exceeds all expectations. I'd drive an hour if I had to. They're the best! “I was disappointed that my pharmacy of over 30 years was closing. Bluejay pharmacy moved into the location I was very happy to see that some of the staff continued working with the new owner / pharmacist. The Owner, as well as the other pharmacists, & staff that work at this location are very knowledgeable and very caring. Linda was with the other pharmacy & I am happy she is still there. She is a caring & loving person & I always look foward to seeing her!!! They take the time to talk with you and discuss anything that you need. If they are super busy, they will even call you, if you can't wait! They go above and beyond and will even contact your doctor's office if a prescription has not been sent over. I would definitely recommend this family owned and operated pharmacy. I am very pleased with their Customer service, friendly, mom & pop feel! They are top notch. If you are looking for a family business to support definitely check this pharmacy out. If they don't have something they will even try to order it for you! Though as I said I am sad my long standing pharmacist/Owner retired & I miss him. I am glad I took his advice & gave Bluejay a chance! A+++”
“Can’t say enough good things about this place! I stopped in yesterday (Friday Feb 16). Salesperson was so incredibly helpful and patient with me. (I spent at least two hours trying out scooters and chairs, being indecisive and changing my mind 20 times, and he had the patience of a saint.)We finally decided on a scooter to purchase, and within 10 minutes it was fully charged and ready to take out the door.Thank you for making something difficult to accept so easy to accommodate.Amazing experience. “I ordered a walker with a seat to be delivered to our hotel for our NYC visit over 5 nights at Christmas. I especially appreciated using it in the Metropolitan Museum of Art and for the Christmas Eve service in the gigantic Cathedral of St.John the Divine. Having a place to sit when I needed it and not having to depend on a grandchild to push me in a wheelchair was very nice. The like-new walker easily folded to fit into any cab or other transportation service vehicle.”
“My Mom was being discharged from rehab & immediately needed a Bipap machine when they were (& are) scarce, & MD Respiratory literally had everything set up within 24 hours. When her old compressor gave up the ghost, Anthony came to the rescue! Everyone is so kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, & extremely professional. The next morning I called Wellcare of Signac and spoke with Sharon and Joe who came up with a perfect solution for bed rails. I trust him with all of my electronics & IT questions and refer everyone I know to his shop. Both my mother and my brother have bought MacBooks from Eugene and at great prices. He sold an older more basic model to my mother which met her needs perfectly, and a more robust newer model that was a good fit for my brother. He's got something for everyone.”

I closed one ear because it didn't align with the other only to be told I should have closed both of them up because of the horrible job Claire's did. “I completely recommend this place if you are looking for a place to be educated on and to buy your medical supplies. I’ve been coming to this place for years and had the benefit to get to know the staff throughout the years. The registered nurse on staff, Donna, has been there from the day the company opened and is very passionate about helping her customers. Sometimes even too intensely passionate. She has that “old school nurse vibe” where she cares more about your health/safety and helps you problem solve rather than try to sell you something that you don’t need. What I appreciate the most is that she didn’t sugar coat information to me just to make a sale. For example, one time I tried to get compression socks but my insurance is not in network :(. I had every right to go elsewhere to a location that was in network but it was so far away and inconvenient. Instead, I decided to buy the socks and work with my insurance to reimburse the charge. It actually was a lot easier than I realized. Personally, that was more worth my time than having to drive around looking for a place that is in my insurance’s network.Another time, my friend wanted to buy a wheeled walker for her grandmother. Donna took the time to show and explain why getting a wheeled walker walker would be a disaster waiting to happen. She literally showed my friend how easy it would be for her grandmother to fall using such a device based on a medical perspective. My friend ended up learning from Donna and ended up not buying it that day.Overall, the company is great and I’m grateful that there still exists a physical place like this where I can go and get help and education on the medical supplies I need.”

“I am a patient who requires occasional 100% high flow oxygen for non-respiratory medical problems. My previous supplier closed down suddenly and without warning, leaving me in a real lurch. Reisinger were absolute lifesavers. It took about four hours from when I first made contact to getting some refills I desperately needed, and it was two days before Christmas and during a pandemic. Everyone I spoke with and who helped me was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. While they do not take insurance, frankly the price out of pocket was probably less than I'd have paid with. I cannot say enough good things about this business and cannot stress enough how much they saved my hide and how much I appreciate it. I'll be getting my oxygen with them for as long as I possibly can. Easy 5/5”
“For a company that brags about their extensive selection and ability to provide supplies to all types of institutions I would have expected their product to have a further expiration date than 9 months out unless it wasn’t rotated on the shelf. I am disappointed that I wasted my money on the name brand Hospira case of BAC water and I am going to end up throwing out more than half of it because it will be expired before I will ever be able to use it all. The positive is they did ship it within 2 days of ordering and it took 2 days to arrive, so their shipping times were great. The box also arrived undamaged, which is amazing for FedEx.”
