I rented a hoyer lift for a family trip, and must say the entire experience was seamless. Ben was wonderful getting us all set with an oxygen machine to take to the Hudson Valley for a few days. He met us at the airport to turn the equipment back in and went over and beyond to bring it back to an airport hotel after United cancelled our flight.
