I had two packages that were supposed to be delivered and when they were marked as delivered, they were not at my door. Placed a hold on my mail, the agent told me I didn't receive any mail in almost 30 days. Horrible

Just like to thank Althea I believe that is the name of the lady that works at this post office. She was so helpful. She gave me good advice about mailing important documents priority. Truly appreciate her!
