She quickly offered an alternative design using a desk that could be configured to the size we need, added chairs in the same style, proposed fabrics for the chairs, and developed pricing. She listened carefully and helped us analyze alternatives. After further consideration we decided on a different solution.”

He educated me on the products that I was looking for right size of my vehicle if I wanted to take it and explained the delivery process. I took them delivery process because they give you a Good enough window frame to plan your day, more then affordable pricing for product and delivery. The delivery was equally impressive. Mohamed called me 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. He came in and installed both the couches in just 30 minutes and also explained how to dismantle the furniture. Both the quality and service was outstanding.”

“Michael Anthony Furniture Galley is the best place to get the same items you would receive from any other commercial furniture store but without the hassel. My living room, bed rooms, dining room and den furniture all come from here and I have to tell you how much each piece looks perfect in my home. The brand names they carry are better than Raymore and Flannigan, and both cheapo Bob's Discount Furniture and Ashley Furniture hands down. Better, higher quality products and no one is pressuring you to purchase. In fact, I was told to look around, check out what we have on the show floor and when I am ready, to come and ask more questions about each piece. I didn't have to wait long for my delievery and each time I called to inquire about something, I received a satisfying answer. I don't know about the others on here complaining about service, delievery and even going further to say that there are people working there that are liars,angry and racist, but perhaps you take a good look at yourself to see how your actions towards the situation or problem you may have had, instead of deflecting the blame on to the sales people. Thank you so very much Michael Anthony's for your suggestions, helpfulness and beautiful furniture that I will enjoy daily. If you want quality, come here.”

“Very good prices, they sell curtains, sheets, cushions, shoes, purses, suitcases, a little bit of everything. The only bad thing is an employee who has you ask her about something and she ignores you, sometimes she looks at you badly, other times she talks bad to you, to me and me husband yelled at us because I went to get something and she thought I had dropped shoes and we were arriving, I didn't answer back because I thought she was having a bad day, and that happens to many of us but yesterday I went again and told her I spoke to ask her about some curtains and she just looked at me badly and left. She never answered me, stop, she is like that, her attitude is like that. To avoid trouble now I better send my husband shopping”

“The Lamp Shop can fix anything. I brought in a cheap little lamp shaped like a frog. This lamp had been a gag birthday gift for my husband and he loved it - but the cheap electronics inside worked for about 10 minutes before it permanently failed. So I figured I'd bring this goofy little frog lamp to the Lamp Shop to see if they could work with it. They fixed it and made it 100% better, putting in a bulb and adding a cord with an inline switch. My husband's happiness at the frog lamp repair is absolutely priceless!”
