“My wife’s Rolex Lady President needed the sapphire crystal to be replaced. Although considered a luxury watch, it’s also a tool and my wife uses it as such. Unfortunately, she had a mishap and she accidentally dropped her watch and the crystal cracked.I brought her watch to Martin Jewelers for the crystal to be replaced. The original estimate was between 6-8 weeks but the work was completed sooner than the estimated time.The cost was very reasonable.In addition to replacing the crystal, they also checked and replaced any worn out parts.The watch was returned in a Rolex leather pouch.Sho Sarkissian was the watch consultant who attended to me. She was knowledgeable regarding the different watch manufacturers and she explained the work that needed to be performed and why.I highly recommend getting your fine watch and other jewelry serviced at Martin Jewelers.”

“First off, you will never have better customer service in retail. I would like to personally thank the owners Win and Sue for helping us out in a situation that happened with the Schroths and Lorenson store in Summit. I’d also like to thank Liz Carvahlo because without my initial call to her none of this could have happened. The back story….. my son purchased his wedding band from the Summit store. Two days prior to the wedding, his fiancé went to pick up his ring and upon arrival, saw a note on the door saying that they were closed until the following week. She obviously panicked and called me. I have known Liz for a very long time and my initial thought was to reach out to her. Liz then contacted the owners (during their vacation) and they immediately called me in hopes to help. They explained to me that they are not really affiliated with the store in Summit any longer but that one of their past employees is. They reached out to Rich Foley who then took over. He was also on vacation at the time because the entire industry shuts down early in July. Thankfully, he was a few hours driving distance away. He left his vacation and drove up to his store, was able to get the ring and then actually hand delivered it to my sons wedding venue. I cannot put into words how amazing both stores were in dealing with what could have resulted in my son not having his band on his wedding day. I again, cannot thank everyone involved more for their genuine care in helping us. I will forever be a Schroths customer!Shop Small and Shop Local.
