Craig was so nice and kind to me. Not only was he very professional he was also very down to earth. We talked about so many different things & topics. He will never understand how much I needed a listening ear and he made whatever I was going through disappear. A complete stranger can make such an impact in your life. “This company deserves no stars. I ordered a locket for my wife with pictures of us and our newborn along with engraving. I got the locket and it’s bare, nothing inside or out. I call the company to get a return and I was told that there is a no return policy due to the items being made to order(custom) and personalized. We went back and forth just for the lady to say that someone from leadership will be reaching out. At this point I want my money back and I’m considering legal action only because the item should be returned because it’s not personalized or custom.

As of 9:25pm I was contacted by the owner. She was very polite and professional. She understood the miscommunication and is willing to rectify the error. I really appreciate her willingness to make my Christmas even more special than it already is.”
