“Incredibly nice and helpful folks here. I've had questions on simple domestic mailings as well as more complicated parcels, and they've always guided me through it. Note the parking lot is small and super tight, but there's plenty of parking next door. Regardless, great folks and great service.”

“I cannot believe I’m writing a review on a post office but WOW. They’re seriously SO patient… SO nice… I’m befuddled. Felt like I was in the twilight zone. I simply had a package to drop off but there was a family ahead of me as well and the level of kindness and patience the lady displayed in helping them make their appt for passport stuff etc was mind boggling… I literally just saved this as my go-to post office”
“Mubeena is the best of the best. I can't ask for anyone better. She truly cares for every customer that comes in and you could see the passion behind her work. I haven't met anyone in the USPS in a long time that always makes you wanna smile keep coming back. I'm a local colonial resident and said that means putting my mail in the mailbox. I love stopping by and having a conversation with Mubeena. She is kind, caring, passionate, and overall a great employee to the establishment.”
“I have been to this office many times. It is always well stocked with boxes and envelopes of all sizes as well as greeting cards. The premises are clean and the lines are minimal except around closing time.
Tara, the office employee, goes above and beyond to provide phenomenal service. I was shipping a box, which I purchased at the post office. It comes with tape stickers but they weren’t strong enough. Tara graciously offered to double tape the box for me with her own personal supplies of duct tape. She also advised me on the best box size for my items so that I don’t overpay. Great service and reasonable prices!”

“Had a great experience today. My friend had an appointment for passport, something was wrong with her birth certificate. The clerk told her exactly how to remedy. I had also brought my passport information to try and be seen without an appointment if available. She took my information and I got my passport. But I was prepared. I had everything filled out and ready to go with all my required documents.”

Six years after the installation, we called Neal yesterday about what turned out to be a minor issue. He showed up today, resolved it quickly, and even took the time to educate us on garage door maintenance. Neal is just as friendly, helpful, and honest as we remembered—and his prices remain very reasonable!”
“Small office but people there are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. There is no parking in front of it, so most likely you'll have to walk some distance from wherever you'll park the car, and the street is filled with "No Standing" and "No Parking" signs so if you're driving - you better leave someone inside the car who can move it without you or just ask someone else to drive you to this office.”

“The staff is always welcoming, accommodating and kind. They take the time to be informative to customers about the different options to mail packages, are patient with difficult customers and overall have a positive vibe. This is a major departure from the staff a few years ago. I actually enjoy coming here to mail my packages! Lexie specifically is always positive and helpful, but the whole staff is great.”

I’ve been coming to this post office for quite a few years and have now moved out of the area but still go to this location whenever I am in the area for work to mail out anything I need. They aren’t open for many hours, but it’s always perfect to stop in on my lunch break!”
“Any USPS location is rated only based on two factors - how quickly do you enter and exit and how good was their customer service?
This is one of the few USPS locations that achieve both. They have a large facility so parking space is never a challenge and the staff are nice and friendly and they check you out sooner too. They have a passport facility attached to it which is great for US passport needs.
They are currently undergoing renovations as I write this review.”

“This post office actually does what it’s intended to do: mail letters and packages and place sent mail into a correct PO Box. Not all USPS centers can do this, at all. The older gentleman there, is top notch there. He should be a model and example for what the USPS should ought to achieve every single day. There are a couple cranky employees, however so are some of the customers ahead of me in line. Nothing is perfect. This post office is great overall.”

“It's a US Post Office! People gotta manage their expectations when visiting such a place. I don't tend to have any issues here. The only complaint I could reasonably make is that silly plastic that hangs over the counter to "protect" people from the 2020 flu. ?? It's actually laughable that people believe it does anything of the sort. That's just the Post Office for ya. Don't let it ruin your day. The person on the other side of the counter doesn't want to be there either. They're probably there only for the benefits.”
