“First, let me begin by saying that I’m not a gardener. Plants flee from my at the sight of my aspirational purchases. I once bought a bonsai tree that had survived a natural disaster. It promptly died in my house 2 weeks later. I rebuy ferns and pretend they’re still the original ones. Cactus? Nope. Air plant? Suffocates. Succulent? Please.
So when my wife said that she wanted a garden our front of our 200 year old home, I hoped she meant a rock garden. Gnomes? Concrete turtles? Sure! Nope. She meant super beautiful, intentionally sourced perennials. Awesome… So off we went to Bast. I hid my head in fear that the plants had talked about my reputation.
First car load of perennials, a stern talking to about fertilizer and watering practices and about 4 hours later, I drove back for the second car load; then the third. Every time I came, I asked questions, and every time I left, I had answers. Hydrangea? Quiz me. Bee balm? Don’t get me started. I’ll put you to sleep with my knowledge. Cat mint? Pfft. Child’s play. And hey, my ferns? Yup. Original still kicking this year. Will I buy a bonsai tree again? Not yet. But will I be back for my next project? Damn skippy. Hold my hoe, we got this.”
“Nick is great to deal with, and I highly recommend this company. This is my second year ordering topsoil and compost, and I couldn't be more pleased. The quality is so much better than the bagged options. I asked if he could deliver on short notice, and he went out of his way to make it work.”
“Haunted hay ride and two haunted houses for 50 bucks at creamy acres farm. Think it's still going on the weekend after Halloween. Might be to scary for some younger kids. Was pretty cool place and has a nice selection of food to eat. Bring you worst pair of shoes as it gets very dusty.”
“I came to Roundtree looking for succulents and was really impressed with their selection. They had a lot more varieties than I expected, including some that I hadn’t been able to find at the big garden centers. The prices were also very reasonable, so I was able to pick out several different plants without spending a fortune. Everything looked healthy and well cared for, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely a great place to check out if you’re looking for succulents. I’ll be back!”

“I found everything I needed and they're very good products but the price has got out of hand everyone's using covid-19 it's Creed corporate greed mismanagement of the stores you can walk the stores see the products that are damaged just by Fork trucks moving stuff around if there were more careful they can increase their profit by diamond ring less and bring the prices down plus the Isles are very very cluttered very bad for business and liability issues in my opinion but I don't mind it just store or stores or I can guarantee you they would be clean all the time and not cluttered we're causing a safety issue”
“My experience was great there, I got everything I went there for. My only issue was with the young lady at the check out. There was 1 lady she was checking out as we waited, she was scanning each and every item so slowly we were in her line 15mins or more and I left my granddaughter in her line and went to another cashier.”
“Good evening Google Family. I visited to return the moth balls that I had purchased previously from another Home Depot location. I decided to take the mothballs back because I purchased them for a cat. I decided that I do not wish to kill the cat, only to keep the feline from vacationing in my backyard. I thought to myself, she might eat the mothball and die on my property, then I would have to dispose of a dead cat. I could not live that down and I do not wish to be labelled a killer of cats. So I returned the moth balls unopened to the place where I purchased them. The transaction was quick. I asked when I arrived where I could return something. Two nice gentlemen customers told me where to go and I went. The young lady associate who assisted me was very nice. I asked where the rest rooms were and she directed me. Very nice and clean. A great shopping experience today, I would certainly come back again and recommend any and all to shop here. “Terrific Home Depot!! Very organized and clean, found everything I needed, although getting help requires a few minutes. One of the best Home Depot's I've seen. Extremely efficient curbside pick up process with clear signs. I visited during the coronavirus pandemic. Also the queue for checking out was great compared to other stores. Clean and well lit, fully stocked. As usual it's tricky finding help. Especially when a few are talking together and laughing about something as I watch. Nonetheless the best Home Depot in the area and one of the best I've seen. Highly recommended if choosing between Home Depot's. It's also better than the local Lowe's too by the way. .”

“On of the worth homedepots in the area. Staff is no help. Only one guy name Jonas, works in tool rental. He is real help. I rented core drill from another store. That was missing part for water connection. After walking and talking with few employees (one employee sent me to lumber), Jonas identified part that was missing and gave it to me as an example, so I can show to another department employee what I need, on my journey to find that piece, Jonas came over from tool department, took me to garden department and found me what I needed. Jonas is the best!!!!!! I'm not bashing on every employee, but didn't have a good experience last night.”
“I had an excellent customer service experience at this Home Depot during the pandemic. I only wish I'd taken down the names of the associates who made it that way. Although their online order system was down when I arrived, and the line was wrapped around the building, when I asked one of the staff members outside the store about my curbside pickup order he personally ensured that I was able to get it right then and there. With the help of two other staff members, this young man tracked down my item and within 15 minutes I walked out the door, despite the long line and their online system not functioning. 5 star customer service during a time when employees were under high stress made it all the more a standout experience.”
