Let me just say, we had a fabulous experience. Our sales guy, Bob, was great. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We came in to look at two vehicles and he was able to tell me exactly what was different with each one. He was easy to talk to and didn't make up feel rushed or pressured to pick something right then and there. When I choose the one I wanted, he then helped me set up my sound system and bluetooth (which was very helpful coming from a 16 year old car). He also went through all the buttons and settings and showed me what everything was! AND even put a big red bow on for me!!! which was very sweet! 10/10 experience!!!”

“My car is from 2011 and had never been detailed before, so I was really looking forward to this detailing after a job on the farm this summer. I was super happy with the results and how much better it looked. So much dirt and grime from over the years were scrubbed away, leaving an impressive lighter appearance that I immediately noticed. My head lights were also de fogged and cleaned and have genuinely never looked better, I can finally drive at night! Chris and his team were super nice and communicative, offering solid advice on what package to choose and finished under a day. I would definitely recommend these guys. “They did a great job fixing my dented door for way less than i was quoted at several other places and faster too. I was looking for an affordable fix and Jamie was able to find a used car door in the same color and fix it to look like the original door. He was very helpful in explaining everything so that I could understand what he was fixing, the cost, and was very transparent and what to expect in regard to color match of the new door. He even gave alternative places that could provide imperfect fixes for even less. I love the result and couldn't recommend this place more!”

“These guys are great!!! We just dropped in with our small motorhome because it was showing a low tire on the inside rear of the dually. They helped us right away! Filled all 6 tires to the suggested factory air, and felt that the sensor was messed up. We will probably take it back in ( with an appointment this time!), to have them fix the the sensor issue.”

“A while back, I was just looking for someone to do my daughter's oil change and I discovered Lou's Automotive Center as recommended through local FB groups.
They were great so I visited them again for two issues with my car. My car dealership quoted me almost $2000 to change my LED headlamp and I was devastated by the cost. Then I had an exhaust leak so I prepared for the worst.
I went to Lou's-lo and behold, it was not a $2000 replacement at all! Just a lightbulb replacement that was EXPONENTIALLY less money.
And then, instead of just repairing the exhaust leak (because I would have been none the wiser), they informed me there was an open recall and if I took it back to the dealer, I would likely get the repair for free-and I did!
So, they have a client for life now!”

“I would be remised if I did not leave a review for my Service Advisor Eric Churn) and mechanic (David Ricker) team. I have had my car in for service multiple times for the same issue to NO AVAIL of fixing the problem. On 28 October 2025 I brought my car in for service for the fourth time for the SAME issue of hesitation as well as the check engine light on while driving my vehicle. Since I didn't have an appointment, I was referred to Eric Churn. I explained the same thing to Eric that I had explained to every other service advisor. Between Eric relaying the information to the mechanic understanding my concerns and making the repair my car has not run better since I had it. I am happy it ONLY needed two sensors and NOT a "new transmission" as I was previously told. I took so long to write this review to ensure the vehicle continued to run well. I have had my vehicle back in for service BUT NOT for this issue again. I tend to keep my vehicles for a long time so making sure it's fixed properly the first time is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO ME. THANK YOU ERIC CHURN AND DAVID RICKER for fixing my vehicle while it was in your care AAAA++++ to you both.”
