Hannah was very professional at doing her job. I accidentally pushed 1 and it was vey dissatisfied option. I meant to push 5 for very satisfied. Hope that mistake doesn’t impact anything towards her. I also attempted to rectify this within the actual survey.

I am so happy to have an Att near me had to purchase a new phone and my salesman was absolutely the best he had me hooked up
In no time and explained and downloaded all my files/info I definitely recommend this location especially if you’re local
As well as all the other employees!!

Thank you to Karsten and Kyle!! I appreciate all of their help. They were extremely patient with me and I’m grateful for being able to get my problem handled with no issues. They were extremely thorough, respectful, and kind. AT&T needs to keep them at all cost! If I could give them 15 stars I would!!!

Kyle was amazing! He fixed a big billing mistake Deptford store made. Hundreds of dollars big!! He spent so much time going through my bill and explaining everything to me!! Awesome place and the staff are SMART!

Wonderful experience !!!
Kyle proofed to be not just a professional but a very patient and kind person ; and not only to me but even watching him attending and interacting with other customers calmly explaining things and solving problems - these including people calling in.
That's our store from now on for sure as long as Kyle is there !!!

Very poor experience with this store. It was supposed to open at 10am on Saturday but no one showed up until about 11am. The fellow who did show up was polite but he did not have the proper keys to open the store. It was unclear when the store would open. I went home and now plan to get my device elsewhere. Very poor management. There is no excuse for this. Will not return.
