Really good experience at the AutoZone on 10 S White Horse Pike. The employees were friendly, patient, and knew exactly what they were doing. They helped me find the right parts fast and made sure I understood what I needed before I left. You can tell they actually care about helping customers instead of just trying to rush you out. Store was clean, organized, and had a good vibe. Definitely one of the better AutoZone locations I’ve been to. I’ll definitely be coming back.”
“After a rear-end collision, I had my vehicle repaired at an insurance-recommended body shop, and the results were unacceptable. The car was returned with a bent frame, poor fitment, and substandard paintwork.
I then brought my vehicle to Dean and his team at Autotech Collision for a post-repair inspection, and they quickly confirmed what I suspected. Their team was professional, thorough, and direct in identifying the deficiencies in the prior repairs. They clearly explained what was not done to proper standards and documented everything in detail.
What sets them apart is their honesty and attention to detail. They did not cut corners, and they took the time to ensure every issue was properly evaluated. Dean was accessible, knowledgeable, and straightforward throughout the entire process.

“I had a great experience with Virgo Body Shop after getting rear-ended resulting in minor rear bumper and frame damage on my 2015 Toyota Sequoia. Everyone I had an interaction with was professional, friendly and easy to work with from start to finish.

“Have an issue with the front camera on my Hyundai that independent repair shops can’t address. Joe came out in 100 degree weather to check out my car. He felt the repair should be covered under the 10 year / 100k warranty. I checked with Hyundai who said it could be covered pending the cause of the failure. Circled back with Joe who said since there is no evidence of an accident they should honor the warranty. How about that, Joe took a repair out of his shop by suggesting the warranty. “They did a great job fixing my dented door for way less than i was quoted at several other places and faster too. I was looking for an affordable fix and Jamie was able to find a used car door in the same color and fix it to look like the original door. He was very helpful in explaining everything so that I could understand what he was fixing, the cost, and was very transparent and what to expect in regard to color match of the new door. He even gave alternative places that could provide imperfect fixes for even less. I love the result and couldn't recommend this place more!”

“We were looking for a new VW for my mom and found a car she liked at a dealership in Wilkes-Barre. We were about to call them when we spoke with Jared DelValle, who had the same car in stock. He went to work and called us back with a number that was much better than the other dealership.

On my repair job, from the very beginning, Tom Messenger has been an asset in calling me to let me know after he did the initial review what the initial assessment was, and, then he put a plan into action and called me back at each, and every interval to let me know what needed to be done.
He was timely and accurate and the price was reasonable for the work that needed to be performed.
