“4 stars, that's a fact aye! This bank is really cool. I love the little coin machine with the animation and presumably game. The lollipops are fireee. However I have a few complaints. They take very long and are sometimes closed due to emergency they don't expect. However, this is no big deal to me. I'll run from nothing dawg. When they figure it out, the break is over! Good job guys.”
“The staff inside was so friendly. Needed quarters and they didn’t have any so they rolled me some. Didn’t take long and we joked while they did it. I will be back for sure. Made me feel welcomed as a customer.Not all tellers have a keypad so NFC doesn’t work at all stations.”
“I'm a new customer at the PNC Bank. So far very pleased and very satisfied with their service. Even the inside things moved very quickly and you were in and out in no time. They have a outside drive-thru ATM and a second one in the lobby. That's what's nice if one machine's down the others up. They also have this cool new feature called the virtual wallet which I recommend”
“I walked in closer to closing than I really should have for a less than easy request. The Teller Bri was nothing but kind, helpful, cheerful and supportive. She had no reason to be considering how close my request was made to the closing of the bank. But not even one second did she appear frustrated or unhappy. She kept wonderful conversation while assisting me and she is most definitely an asset to TD Bank. Andrew was also extremely friendly and kind even though he did not have to directly assist me. I had a lot of anxiety about what I went into the bank for and Bri really helped not only with my financial request but also with cheering me up and calming me down all at the same time.
