“I have a savings account and I usually stop by the the Voorhees branch to use the change counter. The staff is ALWAYS exceptionally helpful, the change counter is easy to use, and last week, when I dropped $78 in coins (it's a lot!!!) in the parking lot, just as it was about to storm, two associates (Julie and Gabby) came out and helped me to pick up the change, saving me 15-20 minutes of time and getting me back on the road before messy conditions set in!! A customer walked by me and said, "That sucks" and didn't offer to help but the two staffers did. They were under NO obligation to do that and it was a very kind and helpful act, and truly exceptional customer service. I will open another account here bc the CSRs are so terrific.”

“Just to let everyone that I have been with PNC Bank for a very long time in North East Philadelphia and never had a major experience with the Banks and now I live here in New Jersey. When I came here to live in Cherry Hill. One day I happen to see a PNC Bank right around the corner from where I live I stop in to have my account information change . When inside there was one of the teller's and I ask about having my personal info and they help me with a friendly smile and show me to see some one in the office and the person who was friendly too . That is what I called excellent service. Remember we are going through the Covid 19 so please be patient with the worker's.Fellow costumer and now I live near the one in Voorhees Township NJ.Thank youSheldon Segal”

She is responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. The site is busy, so best to make an appointment in advance for any issues if possible. Good personal service is hard to find, but it does exist at this location because of Ms. Gayle.”

I never have any issues with this bank whatsoever. Several employers I've worked for all happened to also use Fulton which is very helpful when cashing/depositing checks, as there's never a hold or delay in receiving the available funds.”
