I came in to have my center stone reset in my original setting after it had fallen out, and after speaking with Josh, came up with a totally different plan. He was very patient as I emailed him a few changes to our original discussion. I reviewed the CAD drawing with Josh’s Dad and Master Jeweler, Gary. Gary is an unbelievable artist! He redesigned part of the CAD drawing and turned the original design to a WOW ring with a few pencil strokes. It was such a great experience, that I’m going back in a few months to redesign an anniversary band for our 30th! It was such a joyful experience and everyone there is so warm-I felt like they are as excited with the final ring as I am.”

She was incredibly sweet, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect rings for our wedding day.
