When I stopped in, the staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me choose the right rollator and even assembled it for me on the spot, which meant so much. Because of my own physical limitations, I’m not able to get down on the floor to put things together, so that extra help made a huge difference.

“We found this pharmacy by chance while desperately searching for a place that could compound a prescription ointment, and it turned out to be such a blessing.
Our baby had severe diaper rash due to diarrhea, with significant redness and skin breakdown. Regular diaper creams were not helping at all. Our doctor prescribed a compounded ointment, but after visiting several pharmacies, we were told none of them could make it.
Our baby was in a lot of pain and crying constantly, which was heartbreaking. Thankfully, this pharmacy was able to help. The pharmacist, Dr. Dave, truly felt like a ray of light in a very stressful moment.
Although the ointment was originally scheduled to be ready the next day, I explained how uncomfortable our baby was and asked if there was any chance we could get it sooner so he could sleep more comfortably. Dr. Dave kindly agreed—and incredibly, he prepared part of the medication within just a little over an hour. I was deeply moved by his compassion and dedication.
I am so grateful to Dr. Dave and the entire pharmacy team for their kindness, professionalism, and empathy. When I picked up the medication, I was rushing because I was worried my baby would cry in the car, so I didn’t get the chance to fully express my thanks in person. That’s why I wanted to share our wonderful experience here.
