What’s the point of having a branch if no one picks up the phone? Tried calling about 10x different times and days and nobody picked up. Let me guess, everyone is busy at every given time?

I am not happy with the experience I had with Citi credit cards. There was a lack of transparency not evident at other banking institutions.
