Disappointing. Teller said after the fact that she could have bumped be beyond priority account. Chose to charge me for the cashiers check. I’ve been a customer since Citi’s acquisition of NYCB. I have less money in other banks and get treated better. Will most likely end my relationship and move to Chase.

I am very angry their serve.It's not easy contact to the customer service. I visited now but the lady not help at all I drove here at 20 min and they not help me scammer steal my money again and again. But they didn't lock them crazy customer service.

Disgusting customer service! Workers are lazy and it shows on their face. After handing over a check to the teller she proceeds to tell me we are unable to process an evident Citibank check.

The staff is always helpful and friendly. I read some of the reviews and was puzzled because I have banked there frequently and have always been taken care of in a timely fashion and treated with respect.

Did not transfer money for the entire day. Horrible time efficiency, a transaction that cost me $35. They never answer the phone.

Having been banking with them for 20 years. Manager made me beg for them to just print out a few old statements which should have been available for me to download in the first place. They lost some experienced staff and now have these immature babies running the branch. It's time to find a new bank.

Very poor customer service . Worker are mean lazy on phone and they don’t care about you especially the ones in offices…u better stay away open account in post office it will be better for you

Every time I come to this branch there is a long line with only one teller.. no manager on site always away.. staff does not care .. stay away from this branch.
