“I had such a great experience at this UPS Store, especially because of Vihar Desai, the Assistant Manager. He was beyond helpful and made doing all of my returns actually feel fun! He was so friendly, kind, and genuinely pleasant, and I left in such a good mood. I really appreciate how helpful and welcoming he was. I always go there now, and his kindness makes such a difference. Thank you, Vihar, for making what could have been a stressful errand such a positive experience!”

“I just wanted to give a quick shoutout to Aya at Excellent Printing Signs! I walked in totally thinking I could just print out some regular paperwork like you would at a public library. I quickly realized this isn't really that kind of place, but Aya was so incredibly kind and welcoming. She accommodated me anyway without making me feel silly for asking. Seriously the best customer service, thank you so much, Aya!”

“JC and his team are the best of the best. I had vinyl lettering done on two of my company trucks and it couldn't have turned out any more perfect. They took care of me all the way through, from the design process, to the final inspection when it was all done, to make sure I was happy. Will 100% continue to use them in the future.”

“I live within walking distance of this location, so it's very convenient for me. I don't ship much, maybe a few packages a year, but every time I go in here, I'm met with a friendly smile and very courteous service.”
