“I had such a great experience at this UPS Store, especially because of Vihar Desai, the Assistant Manager. He was beyond helpful and made doing all of my returns actually feel fun! He was so friendly, kind, and genuinely pleasant, and I left in such a good mood. I really appreciate how helpful and welcoming he was. I always go there now, and his kindness makes such a difference. Thank you, Vihar, for making what could have been a stressful errand such a positive experience!”

“My company used Everready Express for two urgent courier deliveries in the last two weeks, and I was very impressed with not only the company's efficiency in booking the courier but also the driver's helpfulness in making the delivery. This could not have been a better experience, and I will certainly use them again.”

“Edit: the young Yemeni man at the counter today (6/20) was absolutely lovely and very helpful. I was surprised to learn he’s only 16, he handled a lot of competing customer needs with grace and double checked everything for a high level of accuracy. Five stars for him! Previous: Despite the DHL location finder website and this Google listing showing this location would be open today (6/19), I drove 20 minutes out of my way and arrived to find a locked door. Please do better with communicating your closures.”

“We had such a great experience with Q-Mail in Clifton. My husband accidentally left our tablet at a resort in the Dominican Republic, and they went above and beyond to help us get it back. They were patient, responsive, and worked closely with FedEx and the resort throughout the entire process. It took time and coordination, but they never made us feel like a burden and kept us updated along the way. We finally have our tablet back safely, and we truly couldn’t have done it without their help. Highly recommend their services for anyone needing reliable and caring assistance!”

“This is one of the friendliest shipping places that I've ever been to. They are fast and patient too. Very good people, if you need to drop something off and don't want to deal with the post office workers, I definitely recommend this place. I don't know the pricing guide because I use them for FedEx smart post/drop off. But it is a very simple and easy to do here. I've used this place a few times now. Try it out. The only real con that I have is just the parking can be a big issue because it shares a lot with the gas station. They're particular parking lot is very tight. So just be cautious when pulling in and pulling out. #twss”
