“We went shopping this morning at Lowe’s and had a great experience. We met the most wonderful ladies in the store and they gave us the best customer service that I ever received in a long time.
We did have our little sidekick Rex with us and he received a lot of attention.
The store was fully stocked and everyone was going to give us a hand if needed.
The restaurants were currently under renovation And we had to use some premium restrooms outside that were portable.
The only downside was the restrooms did need some cleaning though And it was already 7:30 in the morning.”
“On Thursday, April 25, 2024, at approximately 4:30 pm, I went to the Home Depot in Lodi. I went in to purchase paint. I was so impressed by the man in the paint department ~ Wayne. He was so professional in assisting various customers at the same time. I and another patron commented on the same thing. He should be commended for his courteous behavior and professionalism.”
“I had the pleasure of going to this home depot a couple of weeks ago and found myself in an odd situation. I needed to purchase some 1/2” dia. threaded rod and found the 12’ piece the most cost effective however due to its size could not transport it from the store to my apt… I found someone, that I am acquainted (the super of my building), in the store who said he would take the threaded rod in his truck for me. Anyway he left me high and dry after I made the purchase… ? Home Depot has a cutting station, with various handheld saws, however it only caters to wood. After chasing down a manager I found Ruben, the shift manager on the day, who went on a hunt to find battery operated hacksaw and saved me from having to return the threaded rod and waste a trip. PS: I am grouchy and never review a thing but Ruben knots my socks right on off my feet !”

This family owned store carries everything and we frequent quite often for work orders as well as using this store for our home & garden needs. “Very nice own or worker.Went to buy shower head package, few other things and some keys cut. the shower hose broke trying to put it together and went back, ask the own if he has replacement hose I was willing to pay for new one, then own "It ok don't need to pay so he didn't change me. You could make copies of your keys house keys, car keys if you need help for looking for something sometimes they will take long, but they will come.”

From my experience this year, they know how to design, they listen well, make great cabinets (both custom and semi-custom), have a deep bench of experienced installers. Perhaps most importantly, they were super responsive to emails/calls/issues throughout the process. I can't recommend them enough.”
“IMO Lowes is better than Home Depot, the store is huge and has everything you need, but I think the parking lot needs to be more organized, I do like the self scan option, that's a plus, oh and I think they need price scanners on the aisle to check prices, that way customers can double check to make sure the prices are accurate...”
