“Rob at TSA pre is the best! We did a walk-in, Saturday 1pm and he was extremely efficient pleasant kind and capable. The two new somewhat self-service stations were great. He multitasked well and moved the line along efficiently. What a great service at Staples. We were out in 30 minutes.”

“After failed attempts of locating what I figured was a simple plumbing part, calling lots of well known places in Brooklyn and Manhattan (including the well stocked NY Replacement parts - who said they wouldn't have anything close to what I needed,) I called Stellar Hardware and Bath looking for that special washer for a commercial bath faucet - I needed it to complete a commercial job I had in midtown.After describing it on the phone, Edison mentioned that he didn't think he had it, but said if I send him a photo of it to his email and my number, he will look into it.Well 15 minutes later, Edison called me and said he's pretty sure he has the parts I need and to "just pull up in front of the place" and call him when I'm there, which I did 10 minutes later.Not only did Edison of Stellar hardware and bath come out to my car, but he gave me a handful of parts that would work.After offering to pay, he refused any money and said "no charge".Wow, just what I needed after just about giving up on this part so I could finish a job for my customer.As far as Bath parts, I know they mostly sell bath fixtures, in addition to basic hardware, but they managed to go out of their league to satisfy a customer.The only cons of this place is that it's hard to find a place to park in that part of Manhattan, but a remedy was figured out for that too.Thanks Edison, you made my day!”

“Customer service at this location is by far the fastest and friendliest I've ever experienced. I needed to rent a truck in order to get my outdoor project materials home. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Margaret at the returns/service area. Everything was a breeze. She explained how the rental works, my time limit, EVERYTHING! She also assisted me with a return at the same time. When I returned the rental truck, it took no time at all and I was on my way. Thank you Margaret for making the process a breeze.”

“Not sure why the ratings for this location is so low, it's your standard Home Depot with standard employees. Not any kinder or ruder. Has restrooms, as per usual for Home Depot. Don't be afraid to ask for help, you might need to ask several people because sometimes people don't know what they are doing, but again, standard Home Depot lol. I like to check the items I'm looking for ahead of coming and check if they are in stock before I arrive.”

“I bought a fridge from JC HomeDepot after my awful experience with JC Lowes on Route 440. I paid more than Lowes for the same fridge but my experience with HomeDepot was way better. I would buy again from JC HomeDepot. I did call about my order multiple times because of my terrible experience with the JC Lowes. But, if I didn't, I would definitely be confident with HomeDepot. They sent me notifications about my order the week it was expected to be delivered even before I inquired about my fridge. My fridge was a special order item and I still go it on the date expected. If you want to know my experience with the JC Lowes check out my detailed 1 star review on google maps for JC Lowes on Route 440. Thank you HomeDepot although the Fridge I wanted cost a few hundred dollars more, I did like the experience I had with HomeDepot. HomeDepot gets 4 stars because I had to go searching for their appliance person(Paola) and she had an attitude like I was disturbing her when she wasn't doing anything at the time, but other then that experience with the appliance person, everything else was good with HomeDepot itself.”

“I walked in to this Home Depot looking at counter tops, cabinetry, and other items and happened to be greeted by an associate (Kay) in the customized cabinet section. She gave me a thorough walk through on cabinetry, hardware, different types, sizes, and finishes. She was also able to give recommendations on counter tops based on different finishes and prices differential.I really appreciated her level of attention and her ability to really connect with me as the consumer to find out my wants/needs and educate me.I now know a lot of things more than before I walked into the location and as I’ll be working on my kitchen soon, I’ll be sure to come back to my local HD here for my needs.”

We have high ceilings and not a lot of natural light in the kitchen so it was rather difficult to get it all to work and look nice. Install was an amazing process with loads of boxes and Pete dedicated to get everything to work properly.
