“Rob at TSA pre is the best! We did a walk-in, Saturday 1pm and he was extremely efficient pleasant kind and capable. The two new somewhat self-service stations were great. He multitasked well and moved the line along efficiently. What a great service at Staples. We were out in 30 minutes.”

“Not sure why the ratings for this location is so low, it's your standard Home Depot with standard employees. Not any kinder or ruder. Has restrooms, as per usual for Home Depot. Don't be afraid to ask for help, you might need to ask several people because sometimes people don't know what they are doing, but again, standard Home Depot lol. I like to check the items I'm looking for ahead of coming and check if they are in stock before I arrive.”

“Visited Lowe’s today and recently a month ago and Vivian (the Jamaican guy) is the most helpful, the kindest, and super helpful! The other associates saw me struggling but Vivian saw me leaving the garden center with heavy pebble bags and immediately helped me. Helped me at the register. Also loaded the bags in my car since they were heavy. Vivian is the BEST!!! I appreciate him so much. This review is only for Vivian - thank you Vivian for your constant help, great customer service, and for always making my trip to Lowe’s enjoyable.”

“If you go to any Home Depot you should download the app first. It tells you the aisle and bin (exactly where in the long aisle the item is). The selection is not as good as it used to be, nor are the staff as knowledgeable, so the app gives info on the items too.”

We have high ceilings and not a lot of natural light in the kitchen so it was rather difficult to get it all to work and look nice. Install was an amazing process with loads of boxes and Pete dedicated to get everything to work properly. We think we got a very nice and functional kitchen as we love to cook and can't wait to get in and use it.”

“I walked in to this Home Depot looking at counter tops, cabinetry, and other items and happened to be greeted by an associate (Kay) in the customized cabinet section. She gave me a thorough walk through on cabinetry, hardware, different types, sizes, and finishes. She was also able to give recommendations on counter tops based on different finishes and prices differential.I really appreciated her level of attention and her ability to really connect with me as the consumer to find out my wants/needs and educate me.I now know a lot of things more than before I walked into the location and as I’ll be working on my kitchen soon, I’ll be sure to come back to my local HD here for my needs.”

“My mom was looking for someone to do toilet repair. Her toilets were running and costing her money on the water bill. The water company told her to just change the handles on the toilets, that didn’t work. We called Home plus contracting and they were very attentive to our need, they came out right away, knew exactly what the problem was and it was fixed in minutes. Not to mention save my mom money on the water bill, she’s already made plans for another project.”
