5 hours to do passports, find somewhere else to go the staff here is so unprofessional and rude. (We all know who im talking about.)

Terrible experience here. The Postal Service worker behind the counter was very rude and was talking to me dressing me down, as if I was one of her friends that she was angry at. If she has issues at home, she shouldn’t bring them to work and she should bring a better attitude.

It’s 9:23 am. They haven’t opened yet. My appointment was at 9:00 am. Awful!
