“I came in here right before a pretty severe thunderstorm started and the worker, Farina, saw me browsing and immediately pointed me in the direction I was looking for with mascaras. Afterwards she rang me up and even wished me a happy birthday while picking up my free item. Even though it seemed like she was probably the only person working she was quick, efficient, and extremely kind (even throwing in a little cologne sample for my boyfriend!). Great service even under the crazy weather circumstances, so a big thumbs up and thank you for the help goes to Farina”

“Just this week I was looking for the blue raffia clutch that was on sale for $49, and called various stores. Clerks at other stores were not very friendly nor helpful. One barely responded to me. When I called this store, the clerk was super helpful and efficient, found the item and had it shipped to me promptly. I wish I could remember her name, but from the description of the order it would be easy for her manager to find her. I applaud this store for having wonderful staff like the lady who answered my call. Thank you, you made my day! And love the clutch!”

“I shop regularly at this Old Navy in Clifton and I have to say that the employees deserve a raise. The Line was super long today... not only do they have to check out customers but pick up the phone. I witnessed a very rude customer today and it made me extremely uncomfortable and upset that this young associate who could be a teenager had to experience such behavior. As a parent of two kids this just made me sad. People need to spread kindness and just remember it's just a purchase or return! I'm extremely happy with my purchases today as the employee was able to give me discount for applying for a card today. Thank you so much!”

“There are only a few brick & mortar stores left so I was happy to pick up an online order from the store. There was a winter storm that had already started, but I was in the area for an appointment already. Although the store was closed for shopping there still was someone there to give me my items I purchased online. I appreciate that I didn't have to make that drive out there again.”
