    I have been on hold for multiple days for a propane line and the guy has no showed up twice and I can’t get any straight answers on how to get this service.

    Worst experience ever. This company is highly unprofessional and unreliable. They constantly shortchange customers on gas. Every single LPG cylinder delivered to me was only half full! You pay full price but only get 50% of the product. Total rip-off. Avoid this place at all costs!

    Customer service is absolutely horrible! It is impossible to raise an employee on sight and you only get outsourced overseas customer service who are out of touch. Amerigas is horrible, and I would never recommend to anyone
